I booked two customized cleaning focusing on kitchen and shower through them. The communication with the manager was great. Although the ladies are hard working people and tried their best to clean, they missed many details that my husband and I have to point out every time they asked to check. And kept saying they can't clean it unless using harsh chemicals when it's not true. We expect to be more hands off to achieve the same result with a professional cleaning company. We spent the price of two deep cleanings and only got the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, plus two rooms floor mopped. With other companies I could've gotten the entire house cleaned. Needed last-minute help to clean the space before the move-in, and Keeplex managed to accommodate my needs and schedule. The owner was great with communication. She also came in with Svetlana in the morning and confirmed every detail of what I needed. Svetlana's work was beyond what I could have imagined. She was dedicated to her work. I didn't know one could actually scrub the seemingly dust-free window blinds and baseboard to a bright white color. (shame I didn't take before photos as comparisons). When I asked her to clean the walls inside the walk-in closet, was expecting her to mop the area without shelves only, but found her actually wiping down by hand all the areas in between shelves, that's way more delicate work. She worked with not only amazing quality but also an extraordinary high energy. She didn't take any break during her 6-hour cleaning, although I offered to still pay her if she took time to have lunch or took a break. The quality of her work didn't compromise despite she worked long hours nonstop, and she maintained her high energy and was super productive from the first minute to the last. I was so shocked and still could not imagine how she managed to do that. I requested so many cleaning items, windows, blinds, walls of the entire place, baseboards, inside of cabinets, drawers, showers, floors and so on. Was initially afraid she could not finish all of them given how serious she was with the cleaning. But she finished everything within time with no missed spot. As an expecting mom, I also asked if she could use less toxic cleaners, and she actually used mostly water the entire time, that's way more effort on the scrubbing work and way beyond what I expected. Like, I am not going to show before pictures but trust me when I say it was BAD. I found them using Yelp's projects feature where you tell Yelp what you are looking for and Yelp gets businesses to contact you. Katrin was one of two people that gave me their direct contact so that I can give more information and the only one that actually I ended up speaking with. Thank God for that. Especially since I have learned about companies on Yelp that are straight scamming. I told Katrin the state of my place and she gave me an initial quote but did not ask for any kind of pre-payment**. I scheduled my appointment for later that week. The day of my appointment, I got a text reminding me that they were coming and I confirmed how Katrin and her team should access the building. She and her team were very prompt (they were actually early). After being let in, they did a walkthrough of the apartment and exactly what cleaning was to be done and where. They cleaned and lightly organized my bedroom, kitchen/living area and bathroom. I am on the spectrum and have ADHD, so I struggle with cleaning and organizing so the help was much needed and appreciated. (Note: KeepLex is a *cleaning* company. If you need more extensive organization and unpacking, they don't do that. You need an Professional Organizer. The organizing they did for me was really a courtesy and I am VERY thankful.) When they were done my place was transformed. I saw counter space I hadn't seen in a bit and it was just so fresh and clean. I was very happy. When I need to have my place cleaned again I will definitely call KeepLex Cleaning Company. We requested deep cleaning of entire home before it was put up for sale. We were told two people were going to be sent to do the job and only one showed up. Although Marina did a great job and worked hard cleaning by herself, this wasn't deep cleaning down to the baseboards. She didn't use a wet mop on the floors and there was still grease on the hood vent of the stove. She went over the estimated time because she was by herself which cost more.
