We requested their service for "basic" maid service. Turns out we needed more of a deep cleaning. They moved most of the furniture, cleaned cracks and crevices, and did a great job in the bathrooms. I was actually out of state when we requested their services and I was able to successfully coordinate everything via messaging. Responses were prompt and professional. We were only planning on using them for one good cleaning but have now decided type use them on a more consistent basis. read more

1: After approximately seven years of cleaning for us weekly, YOU GHOSTED US, and without explanation! How dare you?? 2: YOU did so without explanation, and avoided any attempt at communication from me. Maria Cristina or whatever you are. Do you see how wrong that is? Do you see how freaking hurtful that is after all of those years? I honestly despise you because I see who you are. You did the same thing to others when they would reach out to you for service, and I didn't understand why you were being so nasty and ignoring them. 3: I DESPISE YOU AND YOUR WORK ETHICS, or lack there of. 4: I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. 5: Please know that you will not know who the people are that are coming into your house because they change so often, and their backgrounds;?as sketchy as they may be, will be unknown to you. 6: Maria Cristina Hendrickson, just like many of your clients both current and former, I considered you a friend, and now you are the absolute opposite. 7: I know so many things about you, all the things that you have confided in me about your clients of past and present, personal stuff that pertains your clients and yourself, just as I have shared with you. How freaking dare you? You know that I hold a grudge, and that I hold people accountable, so this review of your bullshit could've been avoided had you responded to one single text message after you communicated to me that all was well, and that you were still going to show after your three week vacation . This is a copy paste of our last conversation : "Hi there and happy Saturday Maria Cristina... I really hope that all is well with you. My name is......., I am the person that without ever meeting you for months in person, hired you and left you the keys to my home in a lockbox. After speaking with you, I had a feeling that I could trust you with my home, and I had a feeling that you were a person of integrity and trustworthy, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen you. Once we finally met face-to-face, and had the chance to talk, I liked you even more. I recall that when my kitchen and bathrooms were being remodeled and replaced, I continued to have you come to the condo every week, knowing that you could barely clean anything, but I still paid full price. You have been cleaning my home(s) since forever, so I don't understand What is going on? Maria Cristina , you 100% know that you could or can talk to me about anything, and for All of these years that you have cleaned for us, confided in us, and me and Tony confiding in you. We are at a complete loss as to why you didn't show up last Wednesday when you confirmed that you would, and that you are not responding to any text messages. I don't know if this is a money thing, an inconvenience thing, or what, but whatever it is or was, you 100% know that you could sit down and talk to me about it, so unless you were injured, jailed, hospitalized, or abducted by aliens, I don't understand why you haven't responded to my phone call or text ? Let me also bring you back to the conversation when I told you that I wanted you to come twice a month instead of every week. Maria, the look that came over your face was a look of you being devastated, but I really didn't understand that reaction, because more often than not you were only coming here twice a month anyway, due to you prioritizing other clients who were probably paying you more, so I don't understand the lack of communication now. ? I did ask you many many many times if you wanted to change me to a different regular scheduled day, and you never would do that, so I don't get it ? Here's the thing Maria Cristina, whatever it was you could have sat down or even just talk to me about it rather than just ghost me (after all of these years.) Lastly, I hope that you will reach out to me and either we get closure, but don't just ghost me after all of these years, knowing me, that will be sad. Stop doing this shit to your clients, otherwise just treat all clients like clients, and not pretend to make friendships or relationships with them, and then ghost them because it's rude. How would you like it? How would you like it if Jose ghosted you or any of your other employees. With this said .... I decided to take the text messages down that I had attached but everything that I said is true. You would confirm that you were gonna show up and then not show and I was fine with that until you just stop showing at all. Christina Maria if you give me an explanation, I will take this down ... read more

We had a cleaner come today and I can easily say our house has never looked cleaner. I scheduled a "deep clean" service and our appliances are now fully cleaned out and somehow the maid was able to get so much done in about 4 hours time. Definitely worth the money and I'm looking at having them come more often. read more

I'm contacted Maid 2 Clean and they were very quick to respond and speak with me about my cleaning needs! I have used other companies in San Diego before but Maid to Clean went above in beyond in attention to detail and effort. The value for the quality of work is outstanding. You can tell they care about the customers. This was my first time using them for my cleaning needs and I will definitely be a returning customer! read more

I set an appointment over a month in advance. A no show. Unprofessional, horrible, DO NOT USE THEM!

Having just made a condo purchase a few months back, I realized the place was dirtier than I first thought. I didn't have the time to clean in addition to all the other maintenance items that needed addressing. I hired Made 2 Clean to perform a deep cleaning service. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good everything turned out. They had thoroughly cleaned everything, including the kitchen cabinets, baseboards and walls, all of which were pretty dirty. I can say what they accomplished in a fairly short period of time was impressive and worth the money. read more

Amazing! We did a move-out clean on 2 rooms and bathrooms. Then a regular clean on the other bedroom and common areas. She was quick to communicate, very clear in her responses, and great at updating us during service on what was done. She even stayed longer to help with the oven! Flexible with scheduling and great at last minute! 3 people, 3 hours, $250 move-out clean... Can't beat it! Will call again for maintenance cleans. Thanks Maria! read more

Maria and her crew saved the day! I had just been scammed by a house cleaning service on Facebook marketplace and was desperate to find a house cleaner that was available ASAP. Yelp sent my request out and Maria contacted me. She was kind and friendly and she listened to my story about my recent ordeal. Then she let me know she was available that night!! I was blessed to connect with her! She and her crew did a fantastic job with the deep clean of my new apartment. Her price is reasonable and with the value of the service. I've since contacted her to schedule a monthly cleaning. Thank you Maria! read more

Really great! Move out cleaning--- Pricing was great, communication was great, was flexible when I had a last minute date change, arrived on-time/early, finished the job in 3 hours as estimated, and above all else... the place was spotless when they finished!! Nothing skipped or missed, just a superior job. We really couldn't be more satisfied. We will be hiring Maria and her crew for bi-weekly cleaning once we are all settled in. Thank you so much!! read more

This company was quick with a response and had quick availability. Communication went well. Arrived on time and worked well throughout the time. Got the deep clean for $265 for 4 hours for 1 bed 1 bath home. I feel like it could have been a deeper floor clean but was impressed that they cleaned on top of the cabinets. $67/hour seemed reasonable value considering they used their own supplies. Two tiny things went missing however, a glass candle holder for a tiny tea candle. The candle itself was there but the glass container wasn't. Maybe the glass broke? Strange. Also, a tiny ladybug decoration from a plant stand couldn't be found after the cleaning. Overall, it did what it needed to do though I might find a local cleaning person next time we need a deep clean to get more personalized service. read more

Christina and her team were wonderful from the start! She was prompt on getting back to me, was able to fit me in on short notice, and was timely and professional. I have a rather crazy standard of clean and they definitely met it! The price was very reasonable, I'm so happy and will definitely be using them again! read more

Maria and her team were very patient, on time, appropriately priced, and had great attention to detail. I originally hired her for a move-out clean, but after seeing the quality of her work, she and her team did a move-in clean at the new place. The previous tenants needed a better cleaning crew when they left the place and Maria had to make up for their mistakes and redo their work. I thank Maria and plan to hire her continuously for maintenance cleaning. read more

Maria and her crew cleaned our apartment efficiently and thoroughly. They were even able to get rid of black mold that had been forming on our window sills and blinds for MONTHS. They also cleaned the inside of the oven and the fridge without even being asked to. Overall, everything was left spotless. 10/10 service and I will definitely be going back to them for any future cleaning needs. read more

I have spent years trying to find a cleaning service that hits every spot! I finally found one!! Maria and her girls are absolutely amazing, and an actual god send. I had them come to clean my house after I had construction done and let me tell you it was SPOTLESS. I can always find something that wasn't cleaned from previous cleaners and I found nothing. They did my dishes, emptied my dishwasher, asked if I needed new sheets I was absolutely delighted by the whole experience. I'm work full time and have a 2 year old and husband is away a lot so I find myself swimming in house chores and falling behind on the cleaning. Maria is such a great value for money too that I will be booking for every two weeks. I recommend Maid 2 clean whole heartedly, if you're looking for a reliable, great service that absolute will exceed your expectations. So happy I found you. Thank you Maira and crew! read more
