Kendy was amazing! She did an excellent job, booking the service was very easy, and the service was pretty affordable. Definitely will be using again read more

I suspect the quality of the cleans is dependent on the cleaners that you get. If you're lucky to get good consistent cleaners for your short term rentals, I'm sure they do a fine job. Unfortunately the cleaners she had available for us were subpar. At one point a guest complained about stained sheets and when we offered her to check for alternative sets in the closet, the guest found damp sheets. We also had MOLDY sheets that the cleaners were using. Athena was extremely unprofessional and defensive (I'm sure she'll reply with an equally defensive and accusatory response to this review as she did with another customer on this site). She never stepped foot on our properties. She refused to allow us to send supplies to her or the cleaners meaning we had to drop them off ourselves and restock. I would NOT recommend her company if you're a professional STR host who cares about guest experience and reviews. Edit: as expected, Athena responded with denial and defensiveness. Her response summarizes our experience with her, and is a warning if you ever dare bring up feedback to this unprofessional individual. read more

Athena's cleaning services is phenomenal. We were able to have Michelle come and clean our home. She did such an amazing job. Our house has never looked cleaner. She showed me products to use and how to properly get my house clean. I know a lot of OB families that use Athena's and I am forever grateful and highly recommend this phenomenal cleaning service. Michelle has so much cleaning experience and knowledge. It was truly a delight to have her in our home. We have a young baby and I feel so much better about bathing my baby in the bathtub after she worked so hard on it. Thank you, Michelle. You are wonderful. read more

I highly recommend her and her team for any short term or vacation rental cleaning needs, but have no doubt she does great regular home cleanings as well. read more

I contacted Athena's Cleaning via email, Athena is very responsive and attentive even via email. I was requesting a deep clean as a baby gift, I do not live in the area, so I was depending on previous reviews. However, Athena answered my questions and put me at ease. Athena and her cleaning crew did not disappoint. They did an amazing job and the recipient of the pre baby cleaning was very happy with the results. I highly recommend contacting Athena's Cleaning for all your cleaning needs. read more

First of all Athena is not even the one doing the cleaning, they sub everything out to other people they barely know. We had multiple issues from bedding being changed out to cheaper sheets, towels not being washed, clumps of hair being found on pillows or on the floor or under sofas. We were even straight up lied to when we we asked to see photos of our cleaned vacation rental and they sent us old photos from a previous cleaning (which we found out about when we checked the timestamps). The whole experience was a joke. read more

They did a wonderful job at my home. I had a deep cleaning done, as a few months since the last one with Covid being so virulent. They use masks and gloves and I stayed in another room. Also non toxic cleaning products are used. Very fast and thorough. Fair price for quality of work! read more

Athena and her husband have created one of the best family businesses I've ever worked with. Her communication, understanding, scheduling and overall responsibility is outstanding. Delano and Gabriela are the main cleaning team for our home and they are professional, friendly, dedicated and highly skilled and detail oriented. I'm so happy, comfortable and blessed to have them take care of our home. We use Athena's services to prepare our personal residence for short term rentals while we travel. It means the world to me to have found a company and team that I can trust to take my family's home and transform it into a 5 star airbnb while I am away. I never dreamed I could have such confidence in a cleaning team and feel so secure to trust them with not only our home but our highly rated Airbnb Superhost status. You will not regret working with Athena. Her and her team will exceed all hopes and expectations! read more

FIrst of all, Athena's Services got back to me right away when I asked for information, and quoted a reasonable price. Edie showed up on time for a "first" i.e. big cleaning and, to our surprise, worked for over 8 hours without a break, doing an amazingly thorough and detailed cleaning. Our house has probably never looked so clean. Only a few, nontoxic, cleaning ingredients were used, and the result was better than with most brand-name cleansers. Edie was friendly and cheerful. I am in the process of trying to schedule her for a more regular cleaning. read more
