Awful, dishonest company. Terrible experience. I paid for a deep clean and got what looked like a quick, basic wipe-down at best. There were obvious an visible cobwebs, dust, and untouched surfaces everywhere. Honestly confused about what they did clean, but to call it a deep clean specifically is ridiculous. When I called the company immediately after, I was explicitly told I'd be refunded the difference (that I'd be charged $128 for a standard clean, not a $270 deep clean) and that the cleaners could return to wipe down the areas I sent photos of. After all that, the company suddenly refused the refund they promised and kept changing their story, even contradicting their own previous messages. It was dishonest and unprofessional. I would never ever hire them again. I have used them a lot, had multiple bad experiences but stayed because it was cheap. NOT WORTH IT. Once, a 7 year old child came with the maid to clean... I'm sorry, what? I also told them I ONLY want a certain pair of cleaners. They will call the day before (after saying they are available) and state oh sorry, they aren't but I'll send a great team..... and then they don't clean my shower lol. I have great photos of the lack of detail. The last time, they left 1.5 hours early and I requested a refund for the hours not used. I have been waiting for the refund for 45 days. I've contacted them multiple times (7 times to be exact) and they keep saying "it's processing". The sales guy is a fraud and never helps me get to the billing department. I requested my 3 pack of services be refunded also (unused) because I do not trust them anymore. They did such a shoddy job at my place. We had a contract to clean our 2 bed 2 bath house and they didn't even complete half of the work. They are a big scam. They charge your credit card for the work they didn't even complete. They used abrasive chemicals and scraped the paint out of our kitchen cabinets which needs to be completely repainted now. Don't believe anything they promise and they posted all fake reviews on their website. Our cash refrigerator is still smelling and they left the house half done. We need our money back. We have to hire cleaners again from some other company to get it cleaned. The sales person Christina is very mean. She says nice things just for the sake of call recording. We complained several times and even asked to talk to the manager but she disconnects our call in between. Please beware of these scammers. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. We hired Weekend Maids for a move out cleaning on Saturday August 7th. Our house was completely empty, so there was nothing in the way of cleaning. I was out of the house to allow them to do their thing, but I got a call from the dispatch team asking if we wanted to pay for two more hours, as the domestic worker said they needed more time to finish the job. I agreed to the $100 charge for an additional two hours, I wanted it done and right of course. We arrived at our home after the cleaning to do our move out inspection with our landlord... OMG am I glad I got there 40 minutes early so I could panic clean before his arrival. As soon as I opened the door I saw tufts of my dog's hair sitting on the floor along with dust/dirt. I walked through the house... while they did dust the ceiling like I asked, they completely missed crucial elements. The vanity mirror was untouched, NONEA of the floors had been swept/mopped, and it looked like a greasy rag was used for the entire kitchen. There were streaks on all the counters and microwave showing the wipe marks. After the 40 minutes of cleaning, we did our walk through and our landlord gave us a list of things to re-clean. Three of us were there for an additional 90 minutes cleaning... I didn't get pictures of everything, because as I said, literally panic cleaning trying to get stuff presentably clean before my landlord walked in. If he had walked in when I did, I have no doubt another cleaning fee would have been coming out of our deposit. If you do hire Weekend Maids, I would highly recommend being present for the entire duration to ensure your house is in fact cleaned. Personally, I would recommend finding a different cleaning service, otherwise you're going to end up paying for Weekend Maids and paying for a different service to come in and do it right. Save yourself $380 and just go straight to another service. read more
