Jeremy is fantastic. He did our whole house -- upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside -- and we have a lot of windows with 9 foot ceilings. He never paused the whole time and was so professional. He took great care being in our home with his equipment and always wore booties and was careful never to leave a drop on the floors. He has his system down and you can see he loves what he does. We even asked him if he could dab a little stucco paint on a small dirty spot high up near our gutter that I could never reach, and he said sure. Finally, the windows and tracks are immaculate. We love supporting small businesses and once again we were not disappointed. read more

Our two story home windows and screens hadn't been cleaned in years so we thought it would be a big job for Jeremy. He fit us into his schedule and was at our home within days. I actually think it was his day off and he was moving at the time! Jeremy is very professional and his process was quiet and tidy. No running water, splashing or mess that I had anticipated. Within hours, our windows sparkled and the screens were so clean, it looked as if they weren't even there! Jeremy's bill was exactly as he'd estimated over the phone and I couldn't be happier with our choice. His name and number are now in my phone for future window cleaning and knowing his work ethic, I won't wait to schedule. I highly recommend Jeremy of Wonder Window & Cleaning! read more

Our experience with Wonder Windows was end-to-end perfection. I called to schedule, the owner called me back the same day. On the day of the window cleaning the owner texted that he was on his way. Upon arrival Jeremy got right down to business, starting with the outside of the house while I moved objects on the inside so he could get to the windows easily. We have about 35 windows, plus two sliding glass doors in our two story house. The job was finished in about 3 1/2 hours, the timeframe mentioned upfront. The windows, screens and window tracks are spotless. He even cleaned the little windows on the garage doors. Spotless clean-up; after the work was done there was no evidence he was even here! I'm a believer in using small businesses when possible and Jeremy exemplifies the quality, professionalism and caring desired. Great work, I highly recommend Wonder Windows for your cleaning needs! read more

C I reached out via the yelp app looking for a window cleaner along with some of the specifics I needed to be done for this job. Jeremy (the owner) replied very promptly with clear and concise details about how he could bid the job. I sent him the details he needed and he had a quote to me instantly. When he arrived he was very professional and communicated well. We walked the job discussing the specifics and he got to work. When he was finished it was "Clearly" obvious he went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations (which says a lot because I can be very particular about how cleaning services are performed)!! If you're looking for stellar service, professionalism and top notch customer service this company is where your search ends! Thanks again Jeremy, I will use you exclusively going forward. Cheers! read more

I wanted all eleven of my windows washed, inside and out. My neighbor had raved about Jeremy so I hired him. Wow, he is the best! My job was fairly difficult, with a slope adjacent to some windows and an ancient delicate screen that pops out and another high up. My windows were really dirty with webs and bugs. Jeremy made them perfect; cleaner than they have ever been from any other window washer, and gave careful attention to all screens and runners. He cleaned everything around them like an outdoor window shelf with plant debris. He even volunteered to help me with an unrelated chore that I needed help with. He arrived on time, and he is very nice, and he wore footies to protect my indoor carpet. He is the only one I will use now. I think the value is good because he spent nearly three hours working solidly. BTW he supplies his own ladder and supplies. read more

Jeremy did a fabulous job with my windows -- inside and out. It was clear he was intent on doing a superlative job and he even guaranteed it. He actually impressed me before he even got here by keeping my apprised of his timeline via text; that kind of communication is hard to find. I also feel the price was reasonable for the time he spent at my place. Happy to have found a professional I can count on for window cleaning! read more

Amazing experience. Jeremy was thorough, efficient, and timely getting details that I could've easily forgotten myself. Our bill was exactly what was estimated over the phone and a great value at that. We are so happy with our bright windows and will be using Wonder Window Cleaning again in the future. read more

Great work by WWC. Jeremy is a true professional and knew how it should be done. My windows were sparkling clean and they have not been cleaned for 4 years since I bought my home. WWC pricing is reasonable and competitive with other companies. I would highly recommend their services. read more

Use this guy. He's apparently a one man show, so you get him and not some random crew (not that that is inherently bad). I'm usually quick to criticize on here when I experience poor service (see my review of @ Tommy's https://www.yelp.com/biz/tommys-window-cleaning-and-power-washing-san-diego-6; Also, stay away from Damien @ A B Window https://streakfreesd.com/ = Flake). I came upon Wonder Window Cleaning because he showed up third or fourth on my yelp search. Frankly he should be at the top of the list in any search for window cleaning in north SD. Very pleased. Reasonably priced. Jeremy was on time, professional, communicated well, industrious and thorough, and friendly (including to my dog who can be very territorial). Couldn't be more pleased. I will absolutely use him again. Give him a try. read more

We recently had Jeremy clean our windows, based on a strong recommendation from a realtor who is active in Rancho Penasquitos. He arrived on time and spent the whole day at our house, and did a great job cleaning all the windows, screens and skylights. We have a large 2 story house with a ton of windows, and also a sunroom off the back of the house that is basically all windows. It had been a while, and our windows were especially dirty. Jeremy did an awesome job, and we highly recommend him. read more

I am the original owner of my Alpine Crown Hills gem and never had my windows cleaned since 1995! I had a great result using Wonder Window Cleaning for my Plan 6 home (1706 sf). Jeremy, the owner charged me $124 for cleaning inside/outside windows, tracks, and screens. He will give you a phone quote and goes by square footage your home and types of windows. He promises to charge the same price on subsequent cleanings. He came out himself and was thorough and professional. I can see El Capitan mountain again! He guarantees his work and has a 30-day rain guarantee! I will definitely use him again! WonderWindowCleaning.com read more

Purchased a groupon for window cleaning for this company. Followed the redemption instructions. Never received a call back from the company to book the service. Contacted groupon about the lack of response, groupon contacted them and told us they would get in touch with us in the next couple days. Still haven't received a call back from wonder window cleaning. We even went to the company website to find a better phone number to book service and it was the same phone number listed on the groupon. Definitely nothing wonderful about Wonder Window Company.
