I wanted all eleven of my windows washed, inside and out. My neighbor had raved about Jeremy so I hired him. Wow, he is the best! My job was fairly difficult, with a slope adjacent to some windows and an ancient delicate screen that pops out and another high up. My windows were really dirty with webs and bugs. Jeremy made them perfect; cleaner than they have ever been from any other window washer, and gave careful attention to all screens and runners. He cleaned everything around them like an outdoor window shelf with plant debris. He even volunteered to help me with an unrelated chore that I needed help with. He arrived on time, and he is very nice, and he wore footies to protect my indoor carpet. He is the only one I will use now. Contacted groupon about the lack of response, groupon contacted them and told us they would get in touch with us in the next couple days. Still haven't received a call back from wonder window cleaning. We even went to the company website to find a better phone number to book service and it was the same phone number listed on the groupon. Definitely nothing wonderful about Wonder Window Company.
