The owner was not responsive at all to my issues with the last window cleaning where they missed Windows let the water run down over the frames and over the doors and over the garage doors and smack their squeegee into my newly painted garage door and smack the squeegee into my Stucco and miss the window and the owner was totally not responsive. The worst ever window cleaning I have had. Let alone from them. They missed numerous spots on the windows. That is OK but to let water run down on the doors and garage doors is ridiculous. Then to miss some windows, OK, that can happen. But to pound a Squige on the garage door and leave a mark is unacceptable. I am hesitant to right reviews and I was excited to have a company with great reviews clean my windows. The three gentleman were polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations compared to the previous reviews given. The screens and glass were cleaned. The screen frames were "popped" but left in thus the metal frames were not cleaned. The vinyl frames were not wiped and in fact there were dirty drip marks left on the some of the interior vinyl frames. The tracks were not cleaned. I will state there were inconsistencies with three different employees working throughout my home. Therefore, this impacted quality control of their service. I would suggest asking what is involved with any cleaning service in your home as there is no industry standard. read more

Our annual window and screen cleaning was performed again by T-H-E best company we've ever used! The crew of four pros completed the task perfectly; there was nothing that needed to be shown to them, and it was done efficiently and smoothly. Additionally, the lead person (Nick) recommended cleaning the solar panels which was needed. They also washed the four skylights while on the roof. In todays world of inflation and rising costs for goods and services, I believe that as the cost of the service rises, so should the level of customer service also rise. I have had sparkle clean my windows once before in the past with no issues. This time around, the cost of the service went up and the customer service went way way down. Short but true story, I called sparkle, left a voicemail, got a text to set up an appointment which I accepted, I was notified of the price increase which I also accepted. I then got a confirmation text notifying me to confirm my 3 pm appointment and indicated there is a 30 minute arrival window AND sparkle requests a 24 hour cancellation notice. I confirmed all. Then the wheels came off the wagon from here. I rushed home from work for my 3pm appointment to move all furniture away from my windows inside and went outside to move all large potted plants away from windows as well. At 3:15 pm I receive a text that sparkle is in Carlsbad finishing a job then headed my way, I live in oceanside. Next I get a phone call from sparkle at 430 pm saying their finishing up in Carlsbad and they CAN come do the job at my house IF I wanted them to. My wife and I had dinner plans and were not confident how long it would take sparkle to get to our home, much less start and complete the job. I text the owner Greg and expressed my dissatisfaction. I asked Greg if we could reschedule with a slight discount as I can't afford to take more time off work, Greg never responded to my request. Additionally my neighbor left a voicemail with Greg and Greg never returned the call to schedule an appointment. So if you're looking for a reliable window cleaning company that has accurate communication and proper scheduling, you should look elsewhere.
