We had not cleaned our windows in years and decided to go for the whole shebang, inside, outside, screens, tracks. We liked the reviews for Coastal Clean, as well as the price options we received from Mark. The actual on-site talent was Calvin P., a charming and friendly and knowledgeable representative of the brand. He was on time, efficient and effective, tidy and nearly artistic in his skills. He also pointed out five windows which had broken seals and alerted us that they could still be 7nder warranty. We are, of course, in touch with Midgard about this. We won't wait quite so long for a touch up, at least on the outside, and there is no reason we wouldn't use the same provider. If you expect the window washer to show up with a bucket with sudsy water and a squeegee, perhaps some window washers use this method, but not Coastal Clean Windows. Calvin used 21st Century gear that I've never seen before. Calvin was very pleasant to work with. He was very methodical and precise and reminded me of an artist at work. Our windows were cleaned on the inside as well. Now we have to be careful not to crash into the invisible glass doors and windows! The solar panels were cleaned as well and as a result the output increased and should earn back the cost of cleaning in a few months. The pricing of Coastal Clean Windows was very competitive but most important this was a five star job! I will definitely have them clean our windows and solar panels again. read more

We have a solar panel system which has not been cleaned in some years. I entered request for quote through Yelp one evening and Mark was one of the first to respond with an excellent quote, telling me he had availability to do the cleaning the very next day. He sent out one of his associates who had the right equipment with water ionizer to clean our 45 roof-mounted panels. We have a spanish tile roof and Calvin did a thorough job cleaning them all, carefully walking in the right locations on roof to avoid tile damage. Mark came out personally to discuss alternatives prior to starting the job unlike the other companies I contacted who made rough estimates based on satellite photos. He cleaned our slate tile roof, which had several years of grime and green moss growing on it, then cleaned all of our roof gutters. This part of the job took longer than expected, but Mark kept me posted with progress photos and daily texts explaining what he was doing and why it was taking longer than planned. Cleaning our windows was an easier and shorter job, which he completed as expected. His prices are fair, his service is excellent, and his communications are superb. Mark was very meticulous in cleaning our windows (interior & exterior), doing a soft wash of our house exterior (removed dirt and cob webs), and pressure washing our driveway and deck (removed decades of built up algae, dirt, and mold)! I'm glad I hired him, as he was very communicative and kind, reasonably priced, and took great pride in his work. I hired Mark (owner) from Coastal Clean Windows to wash my house exterior windows, 3 garage doors plus my driveway on Nov 15th. Both my husband and I were deeply impressed by his wonderfully dedicated work, detailed attention, and friendly attitude. All the window cleaners I used in the past, would just briefly did their work in 1-2 hours. Of course cleaning wasn't done well.
