Jeff was punctual, friendly, honest and gave us a great price. We made an appointment for early the next week. Communication w Jeff was easy and responsive. My father was very happy with the re screening by Jeff. I always try to patronize small family run businesses instead of the big box companies! I encourage anyone who needs their windows re screened to give Jeff a call at Socal Windows. 100% Socal Windows

I received a few quotes but Shawns quote was the most competive considering his knowledge and his great communication skills. He explained to me the whole process in laymen's terms and he came to my house the very next day for a rate quote. You can tell from his equipment and shawns professional knowledge that he knew a thing or two about solar cleaning, bird proofing and abatement. he even offered group discounts to my neighbors and myself. We set an appointment for today and he always updated me throughout the week prior on any required info and/or extra devices he recommended. in my case, he recommended a certain bird deterrent device so i made sure to have it ready for them. They arrived promptly at the original scheduled time, shawn explained to me the exact parts he was using, how long the service will take and what the next steps will be afterwards then immediately him and his guys got to work on my roof. Shawn installed a bird deterrent on my roof, he used specialized wire mesh netting around all of my panels to prevent any birds including those tiny morning doves from nesting underneath, cleaned up all the old bird waste, pressure washed my whole roof then provided a thorough cleaning of my solar panels. He even reassured me and said he will come back to check on my roof to make sure my issue was resolved. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Shawn's great service and great value he provided us. I will be calling him again soon to pressure wash my concrete and also make sure to set up a regular solar cleaning schedule with him.
