Booked a window and gutter cleaning, which was quick and easy! Nick was very responsive and accommodating with appointment times and also pricing was competitive. Anna came today and did such a detailed job with our windows (interior, exterior, track cleaning) and gutter, and was also very professional and friendly! We also did a walk through after and our windows and gutters are now nice and clean! Thanks Anna and Nick - would def recommend and book again as we had a good experience! read more

Nick's Window Cleaning Service did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of my windows, the screens, and the window tracks.

I am pleased to write this review to express my genuine gratitude for the service, value, and communication Nick's Window Cleaning Service provided me this past week as I looked to prepare my home for sale in San Diego. From the outset Nick was communicative, helpful, and considerate in our interactions, and worked to schedule me in short order for my project. All questions were addressed and all discussions were completed in a timely manner, with Nick securing my trust that the finished product would enhance the aesthetic of my home. The technician, Anna, was fantastic, not only in the workmanship, but also being available to discuss any requests while she was completing the work. She soft washed the home in short order and made the windows look beautiful and fully ready for the open house. Overall, she was highly pleasant to interact with and I am grateful for her effort and time. When the soft wash dried that evening the white of the stucco showed wonderfully and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Will definitely work with Nick and his team again, as I trust them to transform the look of my home and do so with care. Thank you so much! read more

Anna was on time, very thorough, professional, and friendly. She did our condo with six sliders, six windows, and screens in about 2 1/2 hours. All the windows and screens were all done sparkling clean. I thought the price for what Nick's window cleaning service did was very fair and competitive. Yes, I would definitely have Nick's window cleaning service back again. read more

I appreciate getting the digital quote so quickly, getting the appointment and all communications via text. It was so easy & efficient. I placed a request for our windows to be cleaned inside and out. I also alerted Nick about our alarm screams and stressed the importance of getting the right screen replaced on the right window. He assured me it would be done correctly. Anna was the window cleaner who showed up exactly on time. I appreciated her removing her shoes to protect our flooring. The job was performed perfectly. Her work was meticulous & worth the money. The two other quotes I got were slightly higher. I will definitely make Nick's Window Cleaning Service our new regular window cleaning service. Thank you Nick & Anna read more

We gave Nick's Window Cleaning service a second try and everything went perfectly. It rained a few hours after my windows were cleaned, of course, but they applied a special rain guard application, and one week later they still look crystal clear! read more

Wow! Nick is fast and fantastic! Our 3rd floor apartment windows were super gross and she made them shine - inside and outside. Highly recommend! Super reasonable and awesome service. read more

I just want to endorse Nick's Window Cleaning Services for demonstrating such Outstanding professionalism prior to and during the cleaning of our windows. I had the pleasure to speak with Nick, the owner of the company as he reviewed all of the services that his company provided. He was able to accommodate my requested appointment day and times. Prior to my day of the service he called me to inform me that his service team member was on her way and would be arriving on time. Anna was right on time and she was very polite and professional as we reviewed each window in our home. She stated that it would take about two hours to complete her work. Anna began her work and it was obvious that she was very confident in achieving excellence in her job! Booking our window cleaning service with Nick was easy. He responded almost immediately with a quote. Communication is a strong point. Nick kept me updated on my appointment time and estimated time of arrival. Anna arrived and did a great job. She was very nice and did a high quality job, starting with the outside then cleaning the inside windows. I liked the fact the outside windows had dried by the time she had finished so I could make sure they were clean which they were! Highly recommend and would use their services again, read more

We had an excellent experience with Nick's Window Cleaning from beginning to end. The price is reasonable, and we're very pleased with the results. The windows are sparkling! We'll definitely hire them again. read more

Nick's team did a great job power washing our roof, washing our solar panel's, and cleaning the windows all in one visit. Anna was great and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. And the price was right. I've seen 3 other houses on our block having their roofs cleaned lately, and Anna did the best clean up job. I'm totally happy and will have them back next time I need this done. On our block we are all getting our roofs cleaned because of non-renewal notices on our home owners insurance citing "moss" on our roofs. It's really just the companies looking for an excuse to non-renew due to fire risk, but my agent thinks we have a decent chance of getting them to renew when we send in photos and Nick's invoice. read more

Very good except for all the confusion with communication via yelp, text, etc. Nick's great and Anna did a great job. I am putting them on every six months scheduling and I wouldn't do that if I wasn't satisfied. read more

Nick's delivered great quality window cleaning! Their professional equipment and cleaner worked wonders on our 3 story home with large high windows. The cleaner arrived on time and did an excellent job on all types of windows. Their service provides free quotes, explanation of what costs cover, and good value for price. Highly recommend! read more

Really nice job by Nick and his partner. They provided great communication, had professional tools and were quick and clean. We have a big house and some windows way up high, and that was no problem. The price was lower than several larger companies and quite fair, in my opinion. Overall, we are very happy and will use their services in the future! read more

Nick is super responsive and professional. He gave me a no-nonsense quote and his professionalism trumped all other businesses that I talked to for my window cleaning. Today Anna and her coworker just finished and they left our home looking beautiful. We moved in last year to a new development, so the windows have been full of dust for over a year which has just been accumulating. And now the 32+ windows are sparkling clean. I am thoroughly impressed and I will be using Nick's Window Cleaning Service from now on. I highly recommend them. Great attention to detail which is what I always look for. read more

Nick was very quick to respond. Was able to schedule a cleaning very quickly! My windows are very clean.

After a rehab, the dust was thick on windows of a two story apartment I manage. I called 3 vendors and Nick was quick to pick up and was able to schedule very quickly even though a 3 day weekend was coming up. Pricing was super competitive and the job was done thoroughly, not even needing me to be onsite. Communication when not being onsite is key. 1. Nick was adept at calling me upon arriving, during and after the job was done. 2. Pictures and videos were sent after the job was completed. 3. Invoice was sent immediately afterwards. Even without power at the building, Nick was able to bring a generator to get the job done. Very satisfied. read more

We had Nicks Window Cleaning Service out today to pressure wash and clean our roof. We just moved into the home and we inherited a roof that had algae and probably 30 years of dirt collected. Not any more! They were quick to respond and give a quote. Follow up was great. Anna was the person they sent out to handle the pressure washer. She was friendly, polite and did an excellent job up on the roof. I came home mid day to check things out and the mess that came of the roof was shocking. Anna did a great job transforming our roof and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I'd definitely have them back in the future. read more

We called and Nick quickly got back to us with a quote. We scheduled about 3 weeks out but a cancellation came through and Anna was able to come a few days after the scheduling. Anna did an amazing job! She was completely professional and was go-go-go right from the start. She did a quick walk thru and started cleaning our solar panels, then worked on the screens, the outside part of the windows and then finished off inside. Anna did a "fabulous" job on cleaning our exterior windows/screens and solar panels. Anna was right on time, very pleasant, and easy to communicate with. Nick's will definitely be getting our repeat business. A little later in the year or early Spring, we will have Nick's power-wash our roof. In summary - an overall great first experience. read more

I don't know why we waited this long to clean our windows! We hadn't cleaned them in over 2 years, and we have an older house with old windows so I was a little nervous about the process. The system they use is really gentle, efficient and streak free. The screens also look great! Anna was great around the many plants outside our window too. Will use much more frequently now and I highly recommend!! read more

It's difficult to find reliable companies with decent communication these days. I found Nick's Window Cleaning though Nextdoor and happy I went with them! Nick responded promptly and love the fact they texted to let me know they were on their way after another job. Many companies forget to respond or show up unexpectedly which can be annoying when you're making plans. Anna did a good job cleaning our windows and even gave me some helpful tips. Our windows had hardwater spots all over so it was pretty cloudy.. now we can finally see again! Tip: Make sure to send pics of all or at least the most difficult/large windows for an accurate quote. read more

Used them both for my business and house for my windows . Very professional and decent price. Will use them again.
