I assumed they did a good job and tipped the guys well. Then I noticed ALL the paint overspray was still there. And then I remembered that I never saw them use a ladder and I never saw either of them scraping any paint with a razor blade. My honesty did NOT pay off. So I wrote back to them explaining the situation (with some of the pics you see here) and they apologized and set up a "touch up" appointment. That's fine. I mean it's more time that I had to spend waiting for them except....THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! And when I called to ask where they were, they started backtracking. "How many windows are we talking about"? "Did the painters use masking tape?". I'm like "Of course they used masking tape and anyway...WHERE ARE YOU???" So that starts an email thread where they tell me that scraping paint off would take more time and that I would have to pay them more money. I ALREADY PAID YOU MORE MONEY TO SCRAPE THE PAINT OFF!!! $600 to be exact!!! They're now telling me that they didn't realize now much paint needed to be scraped off. Well, look for yourself. Does that look like something they should charge me MORE money for, or something they should have cleaned off in the first place. It's hard to take pictures of stuff on windows but I did my best. Save yourself the HASSLE and use a different company. These people don't know how to run a business, they don't keep their word, they don't show up and they just are not good peeps. EPILOGUE: Well, you can tell from his long, rambling response that he's lying. It's kinda like Walter White in Breaking Bad whenever he tried to lie. He just went on and on. But I know the truth. Had I not told them my house was just painted, I would have gotten the same service for less money. They used my honesty against me and that pisses me off. I'm old enough to remember a slogan that businesses of all kinds used to use. And it's a simple one: "The customer is always right" Not anymore. So what can you do? Fight back. Write an honest review. Demand your money back (In the end, the credit card company sided with me and I got a FULL refund) . Remember YOU have the power. He gave us 3 different options based on our needs and he was able to work with us a bit on our needs / pricing so we booked him a week after our discussion. Even though I spoke to Jeremy about the process, I realized I was still naive about the work being done because when Kyle came on time on our scheduled day, I was surprised to see him pulling a huge tank full of water on a trailer flatbed with all these hoses and gadgets. I just assumed he'd hook up to our water house but it made sense once I started to see the tools he needed. Kyle immediately went to work and we watched from the inside as waves of sludge came pouring off the roof. It has been 22 years since this house was built and we've managed to maintain every other part of the house but I never thought about the crud that would accumulate up there. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.

The one thing I would make sure is to ask about payment mechanisms ahead of time. I ended up writing a check instead of using my credit card. That was unexpected. They gave me specific instructions to remove everything from accessing the windows plus all artwork, if any near the windows. We moved furniture, blinds, artwork, etc. The day before appointment I didn't hear from them so I emailed them confirming our appointment. Julia the manager, called me back and said they actually looked at Google photos and it looks like the work they estimated (more than a week or two, ago)was not correct so it will be more money. On the day of appointment the company worker who was scheduled to come, called me and said he has family emergency situation and he's on the way, or in hospital. He told me to call the company manager Julia to set up new appointments. Again, I was surprised that he's calling me not the manager. So after a while I thought she will call me and inform me about this new situation but no, no call, no email, nothing. So I called Julia, she sounded very surprised, not knowing about this situation at all. I asked her if she has back up plan? No she didn't. She said she will call her workers and let me know, soon.
