I met Joey on a job site (I work in the window covering industry) and have been in need of a new window washer, the guys I've used in the past flaked out on me, and that was pre-covid. Super impressed from the start. The house I met him at was high end and the client was particular. I figured if he's good enough for her house, he's good enough for my house! Also, his business cards are cool, he has a website, he communicates via text (always a plus!) and takes venmo payments (also a plus, so convenient!) Had Joey and his crew to my house yesterday, the windows have never looked so good, the identified holes in my screens that I may or may not want to deal with (it was no-pressure, I didn't get the feeling he was trying to upsell me, just showing me what he saw) so I ended up having him repair/replace 6 screens too. My housekeeper arrived an hour after he left and told me she could tell from the sidewalk that the windows looked extremely clean. My husband got home from work that evening and said it looks like there weren't even screens on the house at all, these new ones are so see-through. They even did the little windows on my garage door which I didn't expect, just goes to show they're extreme thorough. Highly recommend, I've given his card to at least 20 of my clients, and given that I work in the industry, this speaks volumes. I won't refer anyone to my clients if they're not top notch, as it usually blows back on me later if the person is flaky, doesn't do a good job, etc. So I will continue to refer Joey and also use them again at my own house. read more

I hired Joey and his crew to clean the windows and sliding glass doors at my house. The quote was free and reasonable, and he was very upfront about all the details (including the difficulty that some of the screens might pose given that they were nearly 60 years old and had never been removed). When Joey and John came out, they were friendly and got straight to work. Several screens and trellises were quite difficult to remove, but they were persistent and in the end, everything got cleaned (including one sliding glass door that I thought would not be reachable since the deck has not yet been fixed and is not safe to stand on). I am fairly certain that the windows and screens haven't been this clean since the house was built in 1968, and the four screens that I chose to replace (wasn't necessary but once I saw how big of a difference a new screen would make in terms of the clean, I decided to replace the four in the front of the house), were able to be measured and installed this same day! Couldn't be happier with the work they did, and will certainly wait less than 57 years to have them back to do it again. Highly recommended in every single regard. read more
