In fact, the areas of our home that Ben painted are holding up significantly better than another section that was painted by a different contractor around the same time. Ben really knows his craft and is thoughtful about product selection, always choosing high-quality paints and materials for results that last. He was also very patient while we narrowed down paint colors and even provided multiple paint swabs to help us make the right choice. Our wood pergola, which Ben painted three years ago, still looks fantastic, and the doors he recently completed look amazing. He is punctual, works extremely hard, and clearly has years of experience; his brushwork, unlike mine, and attention to detail are excellent. If you're looking for a painter who takes pride in his work and delivers long-lasting, beautiful results, Ben is the one. Highly recommend.

Sid and his team were extremely professional and courteous. Review: After looking for a Soft Wash business near Temecula, I was surprised to have only found one. Being the only soft wash in the area, I had my hesitations. I believe competition increases productivity and helps to decrease prices. I called SoCal SoftWash seeing as they were the only available company to clean my roof without damaging my roof with a high pressure water system. SoCal SoftWash was very quick to return my call and schedule a price quote. Honestly, the price was a little more than I was expecting. We decided to clean our roof the right way and that means paying a little more. Sid came out and explained the process in great detail. I am so grateful we decided not to be cheap. Sid came out with his team and did a fantastic job! Did and his team were extremely professional and kind. Additionally, some might see this as a negative, Due to a shade cast in the afternoon, a portion of my roof was missed and not treated/cleaned properly. I couldn't even tell until the following morning. The reason I look at it as a positive is the manner in which the issue was resolved. I left a message and received a rapid reply asking how soon they could be back to correct the issue. Sid returned very apologetic and corrected the issue in a very timely manner. SoCAL SoftWash is very meticulous in their work and are extremely proud to show the quality of their work to every passerby of your home. Anything less than perfection simply will not do. SoCal SoftWash Truly reminds me of a small town mom and pop shop with the efficiency of a cooperation. It was a pleasure to work with Sid and his team.

I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
