This week they came out and did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and roof. Super professional and awesome cleanup. Even washed all the widows and power washed the driveway. Super careful of our things and clean up was superior. Thank you to Carl and his team! Great value also! read more

Have been using this service for over a decade...always a quality job at a reasonable price. Bryson was my technician today and did a great job. He arrived on time, was professional in his approach, and completed the job in an efficient and thorough manner. He completed my single story home with lots of windows in 3 hours and I am very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend Scout! Thank you, read more

Hard sales man. He told me I had mold and would need 3 people working on my mobile home for a power wash. Finally he told me it would cost $1500.! I almost swallowed my tongue! $300 is the average. read more

Well, for the first time we used Scout SoftWash for our solar panels. What a great choice! Tristan came to the rescue: polite, friendly, knowledge expert and ready for the task. We have been with Scout SoftWash for our window cleaning for years and now it's great to know we can keep our solar panels in top shape with the same family supporting us. I highly recommend them for your jobs! read more

Kane & Wade did a fantastic job with all of our windows as well as our backyard wind walls. It was perfect timing since we were hosting a July 4th party and our wind walls were in an embarrassing state prior to Wade & Kane working their magic. They were efficient, professional and careful inside and outside of the house. Scout Softwash is always our 1st call and we always refer them too and are never disappointed. Thanks again to Kane & Wade for a job well done! read more

I've upgraded my review to 3 stars because I got a very honest & gracious answer/apology to my review: " I'm sorry we weren't there for you on this one. Glad you got someone else to help you." read more

Josh, the one who put up our customer owned lights did it not knowing if he'd done a good enough job warranting an 'attaboy' review. He thought it better to wait to see if they all worked well enough to earn the right for a good star rating. Scout has their own stock of Christmas decorations they set up and take down at the customer's wishes. He related that he was giving thought to expand his business to include more in line with the changes in lighting and decorations. Well, Josh did one OUTSTANDING job in putting up permanent lighting hidden beneath the awning of our home made by a company call Eufy. This job wasn't easy by a loooong shot but he did this two-man job single handed and with over the top perfection. We were and are EXTREMELY pleased with his work, friendly and accommodating demeanor. I became acquainted with Scout when I saw their advertisement for solar panel cleaning and after finding out that there's a right and wrong way of cleaning solar panels I followed of one of the technicians at Baker Home Energy (who installed our panels) recommendations and gave them a call. Want your panels cleaned the right way? I'm passing along that recommendation. These guys are worth it! read more

I looked on Yelp in hopes of finding someone to deep clean our patio before a backyard party. The excellent reviews about Scout Softwash convinced me and they are true. The guys were so polite and cleaned the tile, the stained stucco, the patio furniture (cushions, too!) the umbrellas, and overhanging pergola. And, the windows. It's such a great feeling to have it all so fresh. Ahhhh. Thank you, Scout Softwash! read more

Watch out for the owner Josh. He will tell you one price over the phone and once he gets to the house he try's to sell you on everything which is unethical for business practice. The service he also did was kind of half fast done which was kind of disappointing. Thank you. read more

Great window cleaning service. Cleaned windows, tracks and screens. The crew was efficient, enthusiastic, thorough and very fast. We have two small dogs, the service men were very careful not to let them escape and took time to pet them. We have been using Scout Soft Wash for many years and can really trust them to be respectful and honest. Our two story house has very high, hard to reach windows, it is well worth the cost to get everything nice and shiny. Thanks again! read more

Great experience/great company, beginning to end. No question, no doubts, hire these guys!!! 5+ service from Karl estimating the job to the incredible work team of Tristan and Wade. (I would personally request this crew) to Josh at the end. Tristan and Wade were incredible in work ethic, competency, communication and attention to detail. I was so lucky to find these guys/company and now I'm passing them on to you . No-brainer! thanks everyone.5+ Everything! Greg Frost read more

These guys are great. They have done our windows, inside and out, twice now. The results are outstanding. Just as important, the team was friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. We will be setting up service on a regular basis. Scout SoftWash also did a great job in the power washing of our pool deck and driveway. We had significant mold residue. All of it completely gone. After receiving the dreaded cancel insurance letter because of algae on our tile roof, we contacted Scout SoftWash on recommendation of another roof cleaner. Karl of Scout SoftWash came out and explained how they'd protect our yard and plants and the cleaning procedure, and scheduled the cleaning quickly. A drone was flown over the house prior to the cleaning date and will be again after the cleaning. Kane, Cameron, and Chance came out on time, and thoroughly prepared the property, covering even large plants. They controlled the nasty runoff and kept it away from our pool. They were polite, efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. Their cleanup was thorough, and they even washed windows that were effected. I highly recommend Scout SoftWash for any of their services. A special thank you to Kane, Cameron, and Chance. read more

The insurance company threatened to cancel the home insurance due to alleged algae growth on the roof of the house. We contacted a few companies and selected the Scoutsoftwash to perform a bleach treatment of the roof with no need to walk on the tiles. The crew that performed the job, Kane and Chance, were very professional and did a great job. They kept me informed of the progress at every step of the way and were extremely careful not to damage anything. They also thoroughly cleaned my windows afterwards. Afterwards, the company had a drone taking pictures of the roof after the cleaning and submitted all the required info to the insurance company on my behalf. Some days later the insurance was re-instated albeit with a 58% (!) increase in the rate. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Scoutsoftwash and I highly recommend them. read more

Lamarus and Liam arrived right on time and were very friendly. Scout Softwash gave me the best price. They were also quite on time and finished the job exactly as stated. I searched and contacted 7 companies to perform roof cleaning and in the end I was quite happy to choose Scout wash.
