Josh, the one who put up our customer owned lights did it not knowing if he'd done a good enough job warranting an 'attaboy' review. He thought it better to wait to see if they all worked well enough to earn the right for a good star rating. Scout has their own stock of Christmas decorations they set up and take down at the customer's wishes. He related that he was giving thought to expand his business to include more in line with the changes in lighting and decorations. Well, Josh did one OUTSTANDING job in putting up permanent lighting hidden beneath the awning of our home made by a company call Eufy. This job wasn't easy by a loooong shot but he did this two-man job single handed and with over the top perfection. We were and are EXTREMELY pleased with his work, friendly and accommodating demeanor. I became acquainted with Scout when I saw their advertisement for solar panel cleaning and after finding out that there's a right and wrong way of cleaning solar panels I followed of one of the technicians at Baker Home Energy (who installed our panels) recommendations and gave them a call. Great window cleaning service. Cleaned windows, tracks and screens. The crew was efficient, enthusiastic, thorough and very fast. After receiving the dreaded cancel insurance letter because of algae on our tile roof, we contacted Scout SoftWash on recommendation of another roof cleaner. Karl of Scout SoftWash came out and explained how they'd protect our yard and plants and the cleaning procedure, and scheduled the cleaning quickly. A drone was flown over the house prior to the cleaning date and will be again after the cleaning. Kane, Cameron, and Chance came out on time, and thoroughly prepared the property, covering even large plants. They controlled the nasty runoff and kept it away from our pool. They were polite, efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. Their cleanup was thorough, and they even washed windows that were effected. The insurance company threatened to cancel the home insurance due to alleged algae growth on the roof of the house. We contacted a few companies and selected the Scoutsoftwash to perform a bleach treatment of the roof with no need to walk on the tiles. The crew that performed the job, Kane and Chance, were very professional and did a great job. They kept me informed of the progress at every step of the way and were extremely careful not to damage anything. They also thoroughly cleaned my windows afterwards. Afterwards, the company had a drone taking pictures of the roof after the cleaning and submitted all the required info to the insurance company on my behalf. Some days later the insurance was re-instated albeit with a 58% (!) increase in the rate.
