There was some difficulty with one of the granite rock, there wasn't enough exposure to the sun (for the solution to crack the rock) so Luis and his team used a saw and hammered away at the rock. read more

We had an excellent experience working with LAP Demolition. We used them to demolish our pretty large back patio pergola. Luis was extremely responsive and came for a quote the next day and scheduled demo the following week! They arrived on time and reviewed the plan for the demo with me to confirm they had everything correct before work started. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards (it looked better than before they started). We elected to have the beam that attaches to the house left in place and they took good care to make sure they didn't damage the boards anymore than necessary. Hired Luis to remove an interior wall and his expertise helped me so much! I had a structural engineer come in to determine whether a certain part of the L shape wall was load bearing and he tried to say it most likely was and wanted to charge me $4k for a plan.
