I originally gave this business a great review because my experience with the salesperson was pleasant. Although I appreciate the deal on the appliance, once I paid my money things changed. First, I was scheduled for next day delivery and we agreed to 5:30. I mentioned the commute home was long but I would check to see if my mom could wait for the delivery person. We still agreed on 5:30. I asked are there any other days available and I was told the driver doesn't work on Friday and Saturday wasn't available. Additionally, I was asked if the appliances were going to be upstairs. I said yes. Mr. Black said he only had one delivery person and he cannot make the delivery alone. He said since the delivery person would have to use his wife for the delivery, would I pay an additional 50.00 "to the wife????" Are you kidding! I received a call from the delivery person at 5:16, he was upset I was not there. He was agitated and yelling. I confirmed delivery was for 5:30 and my eta was 5:26. The delivery said " that's another 10 minutes!!." Wow. Removing both units from upstairs and installing two units is minimum 1 hour. Once I arrived the driver had unboxed the units and had the in the middle of my driveway along with his truck. As I pulled up and placed my hazards on, the driver miraculously is nice and insist I can drive around and park in my garage. Ok? Fast-forward, the driver and his wife take out my old units and bring in the new units. Upon seeing the drainage pan of the washer, he offered to replace it for 250.00. A 37.00 pan?? No thanks. He connected the washer and immediately said my pipes were frozen and I would need to call a plumber. The house is 10 years old. I stated that my washer was replaced before and I never heard such a thing. Magically, the water ran to the washer. The dryer was disconnected and there was a ball of lint. The delivery person quickly reconnected the hose and told me I need to call to get the line cleared because it was a fire hazard. So why not give me the option to leave the hose disconnected? Finally, as the couple were leaving, I was mopping up the spilled water from my old units and noticed the doorway panel was broken and set back in place. I hurried to catch the driver and couldn't so I called. I asked why didn't he mention the panel was broken. Why did he just put it back as if I don't own my house and wouldn't notice???? The installer, adamantly denied that he caused the damage. Rather the argue, I reached out to the owner or sales person Mr. Black and not only did I send the picture of the damage, he never answered the call nor did he respond the next day. Horrible service. The owner told me that if I didn't buy my appliance package that day that it was going to go up 30%, so I believed him and made the purchase. It never increased. I have all our conversations in texts. Our range arrived dented on the side and he accused us of doing it. Once I was in the store and Rick (owner) was showing a woman a washer and dryer set and she asked for his business card and told him she was going to look at a couple other places and he actually said "Why?! You're not coming back!" Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!! Poor attitude and customer service along with lies do not make for a business we should be doing business with! read more

Bought a washer and dryer here and they came and installed it. First load of use and it leaked and flooded my laundry room. Called Rick at Temecula Appliance and he said he is out of town and can't help me. I need to call LG. When I was there he kept raving about how he was just as good as Costco with customer service. Then get left hanging when I had an issue. Paid the same price even more maybe than Costco for crappy service. And had to pay additional for installation. read more

The owner, Rick called me back, invited me down & when I got there, the service was great. We found the perfect frig, I paid & was setup for delivery...simple process! I called Rick to inquire about a range power supply. I wasn't sure if it was a 240 or a 110. Rick assured me it was 110 or the range was free. Rick was right, it was a 110. But that was all. So in addition to the range, I also bought Kitchen Aid refrigerator and a dishwasher. Rick assured me I would receive them in a week. Rick also said that he would throw in the accessories for the appliances. Altogether, I spent almost $10K. Three days later, the range was delivered but the colored doors were not. I called Rick and he does not know anything about. I also, told him that the refrigerator and the dishwasher were not going to be delivered on time. I need them to be delivered within the time frame that Rick stated or risk paying additional money for installation. Rick stated that he would get his guys to come and install them. I had to contact the shipping company directly to get any information about delivery. I called Rick again but he stated that he was busy and would call me back, but he never did. On his website, it stated free installation. When I asked about it, he stated that it was a typo. Rick says a lot of things to make the sales but he never delivers. That is very disappointing. We bought a LG refrigerator from Temecula Appliances. They have been advertising same day delivery, but it took three days to deliver. That 's fine. The bigger issue is that it didn't cool since the beginning. Called the store the same day, and was told to wait for 24 hours. We then went on traveling for a week. It was still not cooling when we came back home. Called the store and talked to the owner again, and was told to call LG instead. Called LG, was given a repair shop's phone number. Called them and was dispatched a technician after 5 days. The technician said it requires major repair, and we better off to ask the store to get us an exchange. Called the store again, and Rick Black the owner refused to give us an exchange, even on the receipt it clearly noted with black ink that there is 30 day exchange. Called LG again, and was told that the technician ordered parts. When can the parts arrive? Don't know. SO it has been 18 days that we don't have a refrigerator. Still don't know when they can fix it. This is what I wrote in a Google review, with all basic facts. However, the store owner Rick Black called my husband at work and threatened to cancel the warranty if we don't take down the review. How could he do that? He took our money $1903, plus $160 delivery fee for nothing? Got a supervisor call from LG Customer Service this morning and said they could still try to repair, but the stores usually would give a return or replacement if it was within 30 days. However, this store not only refuses to exchange, but also threatened us to cancel the warranty. read more

Don't walk, run.....run away from this place! They only carry appliances that the stores can't sell. Lots of non-name brands and refrigerators that are over priced with lots of gizmos that break. When you walk in the door, you are prevented from entering the warehouse and kept confined in a small front office where you are interrogated by the owner. Whatever you may be looking for, his job is to talk you out of it and tell you that what you want is only the junk he stocks, if it isn't a brand that he carries. He then tells you that he used to be an appliance repair man, and knows what is good and what is bad and only carries the good ones. Though Whirlpool is the best refrigerator out there and has the longest lifespan of them all according to many consumer reports and surveys, he has no Whirlpool products. Why? Because the stores can't keep them in stock since they sell out so fast. So no overstock. He gets all the stuff they can't sell, and tells you it is the best. He also tries to talk you out of a standard, top mount freezer refrigerator because those are the most economical and are the number one sellers (ie, so he can't get any and can't make any money on them if he did get one). His goal is to try and dump all of his $1500-$2500 refrigerators that are glitzy double door and bottom freezers versions, usually the big box store floor models with lots of mark-up. Any refrigerator that isn't super fancy and highly priced, he calls a "garage refrigerator" and asks why you would put that in your home? If that's what you insist on purchasing, he then asks if you are low income, live in a senior apartment or other small quarters and don't own a home and tries to shame you into buying what he has in stock (aka, all the ones the big box stores couldn't get rid of). Your best option for purchasing a refrigerator is at either Lowe's or Best Buy. They have the most brands and usually care about customer service. Whirlpool is always the best, and you may have to order one as they are often out of stock. Don't buy an unknown brand that you have never heard of. There's a reason you have never heard of it. read more
