My husband and I were looking for a table. We found several tables here and lots of couches. The table we liked here was really nice. The only issue we found, was when we sat in all the chairs- one of the chairs was a little lopsided. It was wobbly. So, we decided no in the table. I'm not sure if that's an easy fix or not? Just didn't want to risk it. Service was good. They were nice and friendly. I talked to the employee about delivery and how often they get tables in. She was very helpful.

First, I want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony, the delivery driver -- not only was he right on time, but he handled everything with care, professionalism, and a great attitude. He made the delivery smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work! Also, Makda went above and beyond by personally calling me to make sure I was getting exactly the sofa I wanted. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is so rare these days. I felt valued and reassured every step of the way. The sofa arrived exactly as described -- even better in person -- and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. These folks truly care about what they do and it shows. Professional, reliable, and kind -- I highly recommend them and wish them the continued success they absolutely deserve! -- A very happy customer

I just purchased this adorable swivel chair for $85 including tax, from this store a few days ago…read more I own an AirBnB STR house in Temecula Wine Country, and wish I knew about this store before, when I was furnishing it, 3 years ago. A few days ago, they had several mid-century style pieces of furniture that were new. Seems like most of the furniture are manufacturer closeouts, or dent and scratches, This Habitat ReStore amazes me, because it is in a nice modern industrial building, which I have never seen Habitat occupy. The others I have been to , are in the oldest most run down buildings in low rent areas. However, as nice as this building is, you look way up at the ceiling, there is no AC or other cooling system. It was over 100 degrees when I bought this chair, outside temp. They leave the front door open for the breeze but you feel all the hot air, that is hotter than the temp inside the building. The employee at the cash register, near the open door where all the hot air was coming in, said "Yep, no AC". But if you didn't have air circulating, even hot air, it would be a greater hotter oven. They have a separate room, where they sell small stuff, not even related to building or home stuff, like bike helmets. The thing about this store, the things they sell here are newer, and not used and sometimes broken and chipped, like the other Habitat ReStores have. The donations come from manufacturers or commercial businesses rather than individual donors that are remodeling their homes, or got a new piece.

We have purchased furniture from this store multiple times over the years, which is why this recent…read moreexperience was especially disappointing. The store itself is beautiful, with an impressive selection of furniture and home décor, and that's what has kept us coming back as repeat customers. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the store. During checkout, the employee assisting us was on her phone while we waited, which made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We also had a disappointing experience with the phone customer service, as the representative came across as unfriendly and dismissive. I'm not writing this to attack anyone, because everyone can have an off day. However, I do think additional customer service training on professionalism, communication, and customer engagement could make a significant difference. Customers who are making major purchases should feel welcomed and appreciated not as though they're interrupting an employee's day. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the store itself is beautiful and has so much potential. Improving the customer experience would make it an easy five-star business.
