Received a phone call telling me all the wonderful customers are being offered a free consultation to refresh and/or repair. I was soo excited ! I set a time for today between 2 and 4. In the morning I called to confirm. I waited ...and waited... At 4:20 I called the nursery. The rep answering the phone could not find any information on me. ?? She said she would find the answer and call me back. It has now been over an hour with no return call nor people showing up. I am not feeling the love from Moon Valley Nursery... Needed to have a queen palm tree replaced. Moon valley had a perfect replacement tree for us. We had them remove the old tree. That went very well. The crew that came out to remove the tree was very professional and took their time to ensure the job was done safely. I watched the whole thing and each crew member wore the appropriate PPE and left the site as they found it. The crew that came out to install the tree was awesome as well. Antonio was very nice, professional and communicative. He and his crew did an amazing job installing our new palm tree in a fairly tough location.
