Gaspar and his crew showed an hour and 15 minutes late. Service never happened because I had to leave to take kids to school. Did a consult on Friday, he was 30 minutes late but I let it go, he gave me a price, said he would be back at 8 am Monday for the service, and they were only 15 minutes away from us so they would start with us. At 8:35 I get a text saying they are 30 minutes away. They arrive at 9:15 after I already told them not to, that we would have to reschedule. I told them no I needed to leave.
