I have lived in my home for more than ten years, and I finally decided the time had come to cut back a tree that had been keeping me awake during every windy night. The branches would scrape against the side of the house like some creature clawing at the walls, and frankly, I had reached my limit. I contacted Quality Tree Service after 3 p.m. and connected with Gaspar, who came out the very same day to provide a free estimate. We accepted the quote, and he returned the next afternoon to complete the work. Near the end of the two-hour arrival window, he called with about ten minutes left to let us know he needed an extra hour. The communication was clear, respectful, and very much appreciated. When he arrived, he got straight to work trimming back the tree. Once he wrapped up, we were genuinely impressed with the results. That tree will not be disrupting my sleep anytime soon. Quality Tree Service delivered exactly what they promised: prompt communication, fair pricing, and skilled, efficient work. The value they provide comes from doing the job right the first time and treating customers with respect. I would call them again without hesitation. read more

Overall a great experience, professional, good communication, and a fair price. Couldn't ask for more.

Gaspar and his crew showed an hour and 15 minutes late. Service never happened because I had to leave to take kids to school. Did a consult on Friday, he was 30 minutes late but I let it go, he gave me a price, said he would be back at 8 am Monday for the service, and they were only 15 minutes away from us so they would start with us. At 8:35 I get a text saying they are 30 minutes away. They arrive at 9:15 after I already told them not to, that we would have to reschedule. I told them no I needed to leave. Then he feels the need to tell me that in business things come up. This man will waste your time, so don't waste your money. read more

I called for tree trimming and shaping for a huge pine, jacaranda, eucalyptus, pepper tree, olive trees, and others, about 15 trees in all. These guys did an amazing job! Hard, hard workers, with a good eye and knowledge of trees. Very polite, easy to work with and cleaned up everything better than before they started. My trees look beautiful! I found them by reading their great reviews online. And they certainly did not overcharge me for all the work they did in the last two days. I will be calling Gaspar and his crew again! read more

Now, the people who read this more than likely do not know me. But please, please trust me, the following is absolutely true. You know, in today's world, it is hard to find a person or company that is honest, hardworking, and has the interests of their customers first and foremost. We were lucky we found Quality Tree Service and more specifically, Gaspar Rodas. We needed to have our front yard trees cut, trimmed and reshaped. So, after doing some research on whom to call, I called Quality Tree Service and had them come out to the house to get a proposal for the job ., Gaspar came out and I was met with professionalism and courtesy, not to mention respect. In my "old school" way, the first impression you have not only of a person, but of a company, is crucial in establishing trust. Gaspar did that. He made time for us and came out to the house as promised on the very same day I called them, which was another great first impression. Gaspar and his crew are very courteous, professional, and extremely quick and neat in their work. He has forever not only earned my trust but my future business as well. He is an honest, dependable, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and respectful individual. Having your Trees reshaped, trimmed, removed, or ANY Palm Tree work. I would, without a second of hesitation, contact Quality Tree Service and Gaspar. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them. You will not be disappointed. read more

Gaspar and his team were incredible! Not only did we get the best rate we could find after getting quotes from over a dozen different tree service places, but they were all incredibly professional, SUPER kind, very knowledgeable, prompt, clean, and worked quickly. They showed up when they said they would, took down our over 30 foot tall Palm Tree, ground down the stump, chopped it up, hauled it away, and cleaned up after themselves so well you'd never know they were even there. All within a couple of hours! SO happy I chose them and will definitely call on them again! Thanks guys!! You rock! read more

I have two trees in my front yard that came with my house. The last few years they matured to where they need to be cut back every two years. My last tree trimmer wasn't reachable this season. So I went out to my favorite search media....Yelp! Read some reviews of a couple tree services and decided to go with Quality Tree Service. Gaspar is the owner, estimator and lead man on the job. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up nicely. Did a fantastic job of trimming my trees. There was a crew of four and they made short work of what would have taken me weeks to do. Definitely consider Quality Tree Service if are looking to trim or remove trees or palms. read more

Quality Tree Service showed up a little bit early but the owner was diligent about texting me about this. QTS set to work straight away using ladders where possible to minimize spikes in the trunks of very tall Queen Palm trees. They cleaned up some dead branches and expertly pruned all of the trees. Even the trees I thought looked okay looked much better when they were done. Check out the before and after pics! Friendly crew, artistic eye, thorough and diligent cleanup. 5 stars! read more

Woke up this morning and found that the dead tree trunk in the back of our yard had finally fallen over. Of course it landed on the property line fence and broke an entire section of it.. I called Gaspar and he said he would be at the house in about half an hour. He quoted the tree removal as well as fixing the fence. They could start the work immediately and they finished within about 3 hours time. Him and his crew were super friendly, professional and tidy. Will definitely use them again! read more

Gaspar and his crew did a fabulous job taking an extra large unruly Magnolia tree and making it into a medium tree that's more manageable. Trimming and thinning it out truly made a difference with all the leaves that were dropping all over the lawn daily. They also cut the top down 8-10 feet in places and rounded it out. Called Gaspar and within hours came to give me a quote. The clean up was perfect too! Totally recommend this company! read more

I've been struggling to find a good tree service company that takes their time and focuses on quality work. I've had some miserable experiences with other companies so when I gave Quality Tree Service a shot, I was pleasantly surprised by their service and punctuality! They were right on time as they promised, took their time, laid out a tarp to catch fallen limbs, bark, etc (which no other company I've worked with has done) and did a great job trimming my palm trees.
