I highly recommend Golden Oaks Tree Care. Reynaldo and his crew were outstanding in every way, from communication and promptness to cleanliness and attention to detail. As someone who has been caring for my Crepe Myrtle for the past 17 years, I'm pretty particular about how it's trimmed. The tree has simply gotten too tall for me to maintain myself, and I wanted it pruned a very specific way. Reynaldo listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. Even this "crazy tree guy" couldn't have been happier with the results! In addition to the Crepe Myrtle, the crew pruned two Queen Palms and three very tall Italian Cypress trees. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the property looking fantastic. In fact, if it weren't for the beautifully trimmed trees, you wouldn't even know they had been there. Professional, courteous, skilled, and meticulous. I wouldn't hesitate to use Golden Oaks Tree Care again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality tree service. 5 stars all the way! read more

I was in search of a currently licensed and bonded reliable, reasonably priced, tree trimming company to tackle nine (09) trees in our front and backyard that needed a lot of TLC. I started researching on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews for several local companies. But one company stood out just a bit more which I decided to inquire with: Golden Oak Tree Care. At first I used the Yelp messaging to initiate contact with Reynaldo, the owner, but soon switched to text messaging. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries, needs and pricing after I sent (upon his request) photographs of the nine trees that needed attention. We agreed upon a very reasonable price, then set up a date and time for him and his crew to perform the work. My wife was home so she met the two gentleman that work with Reynaldo. They arrived at the designated timeframe and were very cordial and polite according to my wife. They quickly went to our backyard to prep for their trimming. Reynaldo arrived shortly afterwards but before I arrived home from work. Upon arrival I met him and his crew. All three were really cool and answered all of my questions regarding the types of services they do besides tree care and what they do not do. That was really great news for me since I have several more landscaping projects I can request Reynaldo and his crew to help me out with. Reynald inquired with me if I would like my shrubbery trimmed as well. After deciding which shrubs needed attention, he indicated the additional amount to our original agreed upon amount, to which I agreed to and requested he take care of our shrubs. Again, his pricing is very fair and reasonable. read more

Had a couple of mature fan palms between 40-60' tall needing trimming as well as a mature deciduous tree that the root system was damaging our patio. Golden Oaks Tree Care had impeccable reviews, were in great standing with CSLB and provided a liability insurance where no other local arborist could provide in my search. Reynaldo was in constant communication via email as well as text. We established a time frame and they showed up and took care of the project in under 8 hours. The site was spotless, the fan palms looked great and tree removal looked like there was never a tree at that location as the stump and exposed root system were gone. The cost was very reasonable and the crew led by Reynaldo were friendly and personable. I highly recommend this company for any trimming and removal needs you may have. read more

These guys answered quickly and gave a very good price for trimming two palm trees that had been neglected for many years. They did an awesome job and left everything very clean. We even had an issue where we had to wait for someone to move their car for like a half hour and these guys stuck around and patiently waited. Highly recommend. Pro tip: if you're getting your trees trimmed, make sure you come off the area so that cars don't end up in the splash zone where the branches will land. It saves looking for the owner to love the car. read more

Got trees in NEED? TRUST me. LOOK NO FURTHER! Excellent company. There are plenty of OTHER tree service companies out there, but few who earn an excellent rating in my opinion. After being completely ghosted by one company, who rang my doorbell then communicated poorly and was just plain weird...Reynaldo through Yelp, really came through and did an absolutely outstanding service to 5 of my trees & included mulching of the ground. He has good communication, and showed up on time, as agreed. Actually, he arrived a little ahead of schedule which shows pride in his work. He has a great team of polite men who really helped my yard's wonderful transformation. They cleaned up well, and followed what they agreed to do. If you have a home or business in need of ANY service for trees, including: hedges, or lot/hillside cleanup or brush removal (for fire danger, etc.) and much more - Have NO hesitation. They have 24 hour emergency services too! This is 100% THE company to call! Mr. De La Cruz is knowledgeable, AFFORDABLE and dependable. NO DOUBT - I will call him for future tree service, and will refer him to friends and family proudly. Thank you, Reynaldo. Keep up the good work! Much respect. read more
