Great price and quality work. I only use Elm to trim my Olive tree. My wife loves their work so I love their work lol. But they go above and beyond with their service. I had a heavy mattress delivered while I was at work. The delivery driver left the mattress in my courtyard. However, the tree trimming crew carried the mattress to our front door when their job was done. Then, I had a concrete curb around my olive tree that needed to be redone or adjusted due to the olive tree trunk growth. Again, the crew cut the curb and placed it around my olive tree. It looks great. Besides doing a great job on the olive tree and my crêpe myrtle, they carried the mattress to my front door and they took care of my concrete curb around my olive. We scheduled a time later the same day for someone to give us an estimate. Tony arrived when he said he would and after receiving a reasonable estimate for the amount of work to be done, we scheduled a time for the end of that week for the tree trimming. We had a large Mexican Palm tree flanking the wooden fence that separates our property from our neighbor's and we wanted it removed along with a trimming for several smaller palm trees. Great communication and very friendly crew. They arrived on a Saturday and got everything cleaned up chopped down and hauled out in about 3 hours. sidenote: we had a large dual split tree fall down roughly 40 ft tall and they had that all cleaned, and removed debris from two other trees in that timeframe extremely efficient. Called ELM for a quote on a tree removal. Bob was pretty quick to get back to me. Due to Covid he asked me to make some pictures of the tree and send them over. I had a quote in less than a day. Bobs team did such a great job. The showed up exactly at the time indicated. There was no messing around. What we thought was going to be a 2 day job, turned out to be about 6 hours. Two workers showed up on time and ready to work but the third one had car trouble so the foreman "David " drove him up about 20-30 minutes late. They brought 2 small chain saws and one 36 inch big chainsaw plus the dumping boom truck and tow behind chipper $1950 price for the day .
