Tres Hermanos team of three men pruned three trees on our backyard hillside and were in and out in about 100 minutes during a light morning rain storm with high humidity. One of the trees had grown so tall that it was about three stories high (40-45'). The trees look fine afterwards and there is no longer any concern about a branch breaking off or the tree falling into either our home or the neighbors home. Ignacio took full responsibility and has stated he will pay for the replacement. It's the holidays and we expect to hear from him after the New Year. Tres Hermanos installed our Sod this week. Installation took couple days, and from what I can tell, it was thorough. Yard was prepared, leveled, and sod was installed with satisfying edges. What I noticed over couple of days is that all the sprinklers were adjusted and maintenanced to make sure all the sod area was properly covered during crucial beginning watering stage. I know this, because before I had some problems with sprinkler coverage , and some sprinklers had hardware issues. I forgot to mention this to the installers, but it was handled nonetheless. We had some follow-up communication afterwards to confirm some things I need to do, so post customer service/ communication is also a plus. read more

I thought they did a very good job removing 4 large queen palms and one tree with horrible roots They came out for an estimate quickly and were able to come out 2 days later to complete the work. I thought the price was very fair. They tried to keep the mess as contained from getting in the pool as possible, and moved anything they thought was in the way that might get damaged, so that was great. Only reason I knocked off a star was because they cut a couple of my drip lines. Not the worst thing in the world but good thing I checked my lines the next day because water was spraying all over the place. I would still use them again though. Ignacio came to see the job the day I requested a quote to trim 4 Mexican Fan Palms (each about 75' tall) and remove a limb from a pepper tree. We needed it to be done immediately. His bid was the best of the 3. He arrived the next day on time at 8am and was fast and thorough and gone by 10 am. He also gave me an exceptionally good price on the spot for removing a small palm. This is the second time I used Ignacio's services. He came onsite to give me a free quote, and he delivered as promised for that same price. I had a big job to trim 8 trees, resuscitate a couple of dying bushes, including relocating one bush and replacing with a new one, fertilize, reseed lawn, and evaluate sprinkler system. Ignacio graciously replaced a broken sprinkler head with a part he had on hand. We also found a broken sprinkler valve head, which required him to take a trip to Home Depot to get the replacement part. He gave me a good break on the part, trip, and install charges.
