Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

Reluctantly, after procrastinating for months, I came to the conclusion that it would be best to remove them asap before we get any more compromising weather this fall/winter and there was an actual retaining wall breach. I called Santos and he came out the next day & as he gave me a fair price for the work, we scheduled the task for the following week. His tree cutter was careful not to compromise my internet wires that were attached to the telephone pole and when grinding the stump his crew took extra care to avoid my irrigation pipes and landscaping wire. In addition to the tree clean up, they took away some other plant debris I had accumulated getting the area ready for the tree cutting and even cut some tree branches breaching my fence line from my neighbors house which was much appreciated. Although I am always reluctant to fell trees, Santos and his crew did an outstanding job and provided excellent customer service! I am going to have them come back out in the late fall to trim down and hedge back my bank of 6 podocarpus trees.
