I am giving 4 stars as there were two things I did not care for which was 1) there were several roots that was visible and they missed, and 2) I guess the contractor who removes those roots left with the equipment, so I had to reschedule the work to be completed the next day. Great response and motivated to work. They showed up the day I signed the contract and did the work in one day. Trimmed like 8 palms, manicured a bunch of giant bird of paradise's, removed two bigger trees, another smaller palm tree and groomed some smaller shrubs and palms. Lots of work! Then a few days later came back to grind 3 stumps and polish some cleanup. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend them for your job. It was expensive though. ----Update---- I want to be clear on the cost comment above. Shortly after this post the owner contacted me. I love this and it reflects his commitment to customer satisfaction.
