Had a number of issues that master tree was able to take care of for us, including trimming a large tree, trimming three small trees, trimming a large yuca plant, removing of a tree and removing of a stump trimming a hedge, trimming 3 palms, and other minor issues. We found them on Yelp and reached out for a quote. They came out on time and surveyed the project, and then they provided a detailed quote. I could tell while doing the walk through that they had done this multiple times previously because they would take what I would request and list everything that needed to be done with each part and the cost without any prompting. They mostly work weekdays and scheduling was painless. They were available sooner than my schedule would allow. The scheduling coordinator in the office was quite professional and easy to speak with. They showed up on time the day of the project with a full crew of 6-7 people. They just cranked out the work methodically. My neighbors commented on how much larger and cleaner our yard looks after the tree and root removal we had done. They also trimmed our fruit trees, which made them look so much more aesthetically pleasing. Cleanup was amazing. No mess, no residual stuff left behind. They were respectful of the property and their work ethic shows it. They were more than all of the other quotes we obtained, but you get what you pay for. This was my first experience with Cesar and Master Tree Services and I can safely say that I will be going back to him if I need any other tree services in the future! I had one large palm tree that had a ton of dead fronds and needed trimming. I reached out via Yelp and he was quick to respond. After selecting a day for a free estimate, he came out and took a look at things, gave me options and pricing. He even noticed an additional smaller palm tree that he recommended I deal with now before it became a future issue as it was right next to my house. I eventually decided just to cut down both trees based on his advice and after giving a fair quote, he and his crew were able to come out the very next day to take care of everything. We are so thankful to have found Master tree services. We had large overgrown pine trees that needed attention. Rainy weather and high winds always made us feel uneasy, the owner Cesar came out to quote us and shared a knowledge of information and also his insurance coverage in case of any accidents easing our worries for the upcoming season and we agreed to have his team proceed. The project included many trees including a few tree trump removals. His workmen led by his foreman Jose were precise in their work including de-husking palm trees. Fair price, and quick response. After surveying 6 tree trimmers, Master came in at $215 compared to $350-400 by others. It took the crew about 2 1/2 hours to detail clean 2 queen palms, mulch everything and clean the property.
