Great experience working with Master Tree Services! My tiny yard had a loquat tree that was a pain to clean up every year after fruiting. I quoted with a few places and Master Tree gave me the best price for tree cutting AND stump removal. I really appreciated how quickly they turned everything around and the process was streamlined. Someone came to price the work very soon after the initial call (~1 day) and a proposal was provided ~2 days. They shared their contractor license numbers along with the proposals. I also appreciated that they followed up and took the time to answer all my questions when I was dragging my feet a little bit and scheduled the work quickly. They were in and out of my yard in 30 mins and did not leave a mess which I appreciated. The tree was small so they were able to hand dig the stump out. Cesar has a fantastic team of professionals who work harder and achieve more, faster, than any team around. In half an afternoon they were able to remove 2 very tall and 5 medium tall palms plus a variety of bushes and shrubs including an overgrown wild banana whose roots were cracking the sidewalk. First Esteban walked the property with me to come up with what I thought was a very fair estimate which included several free services to trim the palms that were staying. Francisco and his team were onsite THE NEXT DAY, did everything we'd hoped for, and were meticulous in the process. They left nothing for us to clean up. I found Master Tree on Yelp and Cesar, the owner, responded promptly. We had a mature Canary Island Palm tree that was infested with beetles that needed to be taken down and removed. Cesar's estimate was fair and I really appreciated his provision of proof of insurance and his license. He had a crew of guys come out pretty quickly and they carefully cut the palm into pieces and removed the whole tree. Master Tree Services did an excellent job all around! Esteban came out very promptly and provided a clear and detailed estimate. Their pricing was very fair and competitive. They removed and stump ground 3 palm trees for us as well as our center island that held the largest palm, all its roots, a surrounding brick and concrete wall, brought it down to grass level and capped the irrigation. The job was probably more complicated than expected, but they got it done well and didn't come back to ask for more money. They also took out 2 of our neighbor's palms as well. We found them on Yelp and reached out for a quote. They came out on time and surveyed the project, and then they provided a detailed quote. I could tell while doing the walk through that they had done this multiple times previously because they would take what I would request and list everything that needed to be done with each part and the cost without any prompting. They mostly work weekdays and scheduling was painless. They were available sooner than my schedule would allow. The scheduling coordinator in the office was quite professional and easy to speak with. They showed up on time the day of the project with a full crew of 6-7 people. They just cranked out the work methodically. My neighbors commented on how much larger and cleaner our yard looks after the tree and root removal we had done. They also trimmed our fruit trees, which made them look so much more aesthetically pleasing. Cleanup was amazing. No mess, no residual stuff left behind. They were respectful of the property and their work ethic shows it. They were more than all of the other quotes we obtained, but you get what you pay for. This was my first experience with Cesar and Master Tree Services and I can safely say that I will be going back to him if I need any other tree services in the future! I had one large palm tree that had a ton of dead fronds and needed trimming. I reached out via Yelp and he was quick to respond. We are so thankful to have found Master tree services. We had large overgrown pine trees that needed attention. The project included many trees including a few tree trump removals. His workmen led by his foreman Jose were precise in their work including de-husking palm trees.
