Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

Pedro's crew showed up and set up a system of rigging that allowed a controlled descent of any cut branches. They didn't rush things to make the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. They'd take time to girdle a heavy branch with a series of technical knots to assure it couldn't slip or sway in an unexpected direction. And they cleaned up the job site really well before they left. Conscientious work habits every step of the way and good results. I recommend them.
