Absolutely amazing…read more We used these guys to trim our massive eucalyptus trees a couple years ago. They did an amazing job, were highly professional and left me the wood and mulch as I had requested. At the time, we had asked our neighbors to have their dangerous tree cut back as well. It had already split one of the main trunks, and it was now leaning towards my house. They did not follow through. I have begged them for the last couple years to have this tree cut. I finally had Master Tree come out to look again, they let me know there was a 70 to 80% chance it would fall soon... It would crush part of my roof and my air conditioner. I let my neighbors know, and again they refused. They said their insurance would cover it if it fell. I was appalled that someone would say such a thing!! I told them these eucalyptus trees are called widowmakers for a reason...and insurance would not help me if I was dead! Long story short, Master Tree did everything in their power to help the situation. The owner, Cesar, said he was 100% on my side. He reached out to my neighbors multiple times and even offered to come out and make a professional note claiming the owners were being negligent that I could give to insurance if the tree did end up falling. After repeated conversations, letting my neighbors know this heat wave, the invasive spotted beetle covering their tree and the lack of rain makes the situation so much more dangerous... They finally caved. Multiple years of this drama and I can finally sleep peacefully in my own bedroom, and even walk in my yard while the Santa Ana winds are blowing strong if I choose to, without the threat of this tree falling on me!! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to this company. Their persistence, their professionalism, their incredibly fast work is all just so impressive. They will be my go-to tree guys for as long as I live here... And I will continue to refer them to anyone who needs tree trimming. Thank you to Cesar, Esteban and Stephanie & Celeste in the office for making this happen! I'm now feeling stress-free for the upcoming El Nino. Thank you, thank you!!!

Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

The crews are always on point with their work--excellent climbers, precision cutters, and fantastic cleaners, especially given the mess that yard work produces. We have hired Robin's team several times in the past six years: to trim a massive Italian pine tree, a palm tree, and a mandarin tree at one home (during the appropriate season for each), and at a new home now, a much larger project that is being done in phases. We've just completed phase one, which included the removal of a huge Brazilian Pepper Tree, several Liquid Amber trees, a Camphor tree, the removal of shrubs/bushes, and some trimming of privacy trees. It unfortunately happened to be super hot during their last visit, and the crew somehow still didn't miss a beat! Our new neighbors praised the work of Robin's crew as well, which really says something. This company is my go-to for tree trimming, plant removal, and soon enough, new landscaping. I'll update my review with before and after photos once it's all done!

As someone who has been caring for my Crepe Myrtle for the past 17 years, I'm pretty particular about how it's trimmed. The tree has simply gotten too tall for me to maintain myself, and I wanted it pruned a very specific way. Reynaldo listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. Even this "crazy tree guy" couldn't have been happier with the results! In addition to the Crepe Myrtle, the crew pruned two Queen Palms and three very tall Italian Cypress trees. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the property looking fantastic. In fact, if it weren't for the beautifully trimmed trees, you wouldn't even know they had been there. Professional, courteous, skilled, and meticulous. I wouldn't hesitate to use Golden Oaks Tree Care again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality tree service. 5 stars all the way!

I was in search of a currently licensed and bonded reliable, reasonably priced, tree trimming…read morecompany to tackle nine (09) trees in our front and backyard that needed a lot of TLC. I started researching on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews for several local companies. But one company stood out just a bit more which I decided to inquire with: Golden Oak Tree Care. At first I used the Yelp messaging to initiate contact with Reynaldo, the owner, but soon switched to text messaging. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries, needs and pricing after I sent (upon his request) photographs of the nine trees that needed attention. We agreed upon a very reasonable price, then set up a date and time for him and his crew to perform the work. My wife was home so she met the two gentleman that work with Reynaldo. They arrived at the designated timeframe and were very cordial and polite according to my wife. They quickly went to our backyard to prep for their trimming. Reynaldo arrived shortly afterwards but before I arrived home from work. Upon arrival I met him and his crew. All three were really cool and answered all of my questions regarding the types of services they do besides tree care and what they do not do. That was really great news for me since I have several more landscaping projects I can request Reynaldo and his crew to help me out with. Reynald inquired with me if I would like my shrubbery trimmed as well. After deciding which shrubs needed attention, he indicated the additional amount to our original agreed upon amount, to which I agreed to and requested he take care of our shrubs. Again, his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

BOOM, within seconds, I received a response from Esteban Gonzalez, the owner of Dynasty Tree Care. I love a fast response, so we were already off to a great start! We scheduled a time for Esteban to inspect the trees and provide an estimate. He arrived right on time, looking clean and professional. This is not your typical tree-cutting service, Esteban runs his company like a true professional. He listens carefully, offers knowledgeable advice, and clearly loves what he does. He really understands trees and plants and knows how to care for them properly. He gave us a fair quote and my wife and I said, this guy is so sharp, we're in. On the day of the job, Esteban again arrived on time with his handpicked crew. They carefully covered our pool with a tarp and got right to work. In about 90 minutes, they finished the job, cleaned everything up, and left our trees looking PERFECT. Esteban raised the bar in my eyes for what a tree-service company is all about. I will recommend Dynasty Tree Care to everyone I know, and we will definitely use them annually to maintain our trees. 5 stars, easy.
