Had a great experience with these guys. They removed a pretty large ficus tree, a few smaller trees and then a bunch of pepper trees and 2 large yuccas that were on a major slope. These guys did great cleaning up everything and trying to get to the roots on that hill. I was impressed with how much they got rid of those pesky pepper trees and the hill has remained clean for a few months now. This wasn't an easy job with a funky corner of my lot going up to a triangle corner on the hill. Super impressed with their work. Was responsive, and got the job down without any issues. The only down side was the flexibility necessary on our end with being available for them to come to the house. However, this may be because it was a smaller job than they normally do, which is why I agreed to be more flexible, since they needed to squeeze in between other jobs. After initial bid, which we agreed to, we heard nothing for about a week, when they finally responded a week later. Once they responded they agreed to the following afternoon. The next days, 'afternoon' ended up being around 5pm that evening. Thankfully we were able to make that work for us, but aside from that they were responsive and did exactly what we needed. Crew showed up on time but nothing about the job had been communicated. They tried to use SPIKES on a tree pruning job. They trashed my yard--crushed my herbaceous plants and drop limbs into my shrubs. Drove heavy equipment onto my walkway and crushed stones. Drove same equipment into my yard over plants. Had to tell them to go back up the tree to clean up bad work. Parked chipper right next to neighbors car. No one spoke great English and I don't speak Spanish but this was a nightmare. read more

Reading these reviews I think I was lied to. They cut down some Madrone, an Oak and a Pine tree for us last November. They told me they were a new company, I am one of their first customers and can they put a sign up in my front yard. The verbal estimate they gave me sounded very fair so I thought I would give them a try and help them get their business going instead of using the tree service company I usually use. Included in the estimate was they clean up the branches afterwards. They cut down the trees just fine but when they were done, I had 3 HUGE burn piles. I was shocked about the burn piles. They told me to call my local fire department and they will help with the burns. That was absolutely not true! I am also reading reviews now from 7/8 years ago. The other tree service I usually use took any and all branches and used a grinder to get rid of them. My mistake was not getting their estimate in writing. I still have these burn piles because I don't do burns. read more

These guys are FANTASTIC. Competitively priced with top notch work. We hired them to remove a tree. Arrived on time, and immediately the 3 guys went to work. Stripping the tree of branches individual while making sure it didn't hurt the house or the fence it was next too. Then they strategically cut the trunk into small pieces. Meanwhile two guys are carrying all the debris to the truck with the wood chipper. When taking out the stump they use two big 4' x 4' plywood sheets to make sure nothing hit the house, or a window. Their clean up was immaculate. And they did it all in about 1-1/2 hours. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would! I've put in before and after pixs below. read more

REVIEW for their promptness, professionalism and thoroughness of their quote. We sent out a request for a bid and Alberto was quick to respond and very professional. When he came for the free estimate inspection, he practiced all C19 safety protocols of wearing a mask and maintaining a safe distance. He also pointed out items that needed to be addressed that we were not aware of - i.e. the giant birds of paradise should NOT be close to our hardscape as the root bulb can eventually crack it. I appreciate the thoroughness of his site visit and his observation of the potential damage our giant birds of paradise presented next to the hardscape. The only reason we did not use 3 brother's is their bid was about double of our most competitive bid. To put in perspective - 3 brothers was going to trim the birds much tighter, going to dig out the root bulbs that were in danger of damaging our hardscape, AND were going to haul off the majority of our giant birds of paradise that are know to be so wet an challenging to run through a wood chopper - hence the "dump charges" were included that accounted for the higher amount. I would highly recommend having them give you a bid as I felt they were honest, they were definitely competitive (all our bids came in from $1,000 - $3,030 and for our job they were $1,895). Just make sure you are comparing "apples" to "oranges" but either way - they will give you a very competitive rate and based on their reviews - do a very good job! read more

This is the second year that we have used 3 brothers for palm trimming and tree removal. They are professional, courteous and do a great job. We've had shrubbery removed, ivy taken down and removed, and whole trees taken out. All their work was done quickly and with care. We have underground irrigation so we were expecting some damage due to the fact that they can't see 2 feet underground when stump grinding. We tested the system, found the breaks and they were immediately repaired. In most cases, the repairs actually improved the system due to its age. They offered us advice on maintenance which we really appreciated. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and will keep using the brothers for all our tree trimming/removal needs. read more
