They arrived timely with a crew of 5 or 6; each man knowing the specific jobs he was to perform. They trimmed 2 - 20' queen palms, 3 - 20' king palms as well as a smaller queen palm, 6 smaller king palms and a 10' tall hibiscus. Fabulous crew, I was really impressed with how efficiently and fast they worked, like an oiled machine, everyone knew what they were doing at any time. We had Joel's team come out to remove and grind down 3 trees. None of them were straight forward. They were creative and over performed in areas where the access was tricky and where there wasn't enough room to grind - they managed anyhow! Joel's team removed a tree for me. They did a great job, moved quickly and had very competitive prices. Unfortunately, I added on tree pruning for a set of sweet gum, avacado and citrus trees to the job. They did a pretty lousy job at the pruning, lopping off the top of the limbs without accounting for joints, making messy cuts, and damaging the trees in several spots. The results don't look good and it will take awhile for the trees to heal. If you're in need of a tree removal, these guys will do a solid job. But I recommend hiring an arborist who has a better understanding of trees if you're looking for pruning. read more
