When I hired them, they convinced me that my palms needed these special watering tubes and also convinced me that I needed a special watering system for my palm trees. I paid a lot of money for this stuff, which every gardener and arborist that I've had come to the house said that the extensive irrigation was unnecessary and actually damaging to my desert-loving palms. I have not used the irrigation or watering tubes since they were installed. It was a complete waste of money. Not to mention that they even put feeding tubes on weed trees (destined to be removed) and my Mexican Fan Palms which don't need extra water. I'm very disappointed, but glad that I didn't continue on with their recommendations which would have cost me another $2000 for "repairs" that I didn't need 6 years ago or now. They said I needed a new water regulator. I've since had it evaluated every two years and it has been in fine condition. As much as I really like Fran, personally, I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. As I said, I have not used the system they put in and have since pulled it out and my trees have done just fine without them. I wasted a good $4000+. Ouch. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms.
