Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

From start to finish Robin was a pleasure to work with. She stopped by in person to evaluate the state of the trees and make great recommendations. The guys were extremely careful and safety-conscious while working, and they went above and beyond to clean up our property afterward. You honestly wouldn't even know they had been there! Joe was so easy to work with, and Stephanie was incredibly helpful in getting everything scheduled. Both provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process seamless. They were also extremely flexible and accommodating with our schedule and were able to get us on the calendar very quickly. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent work with such great customer service, but Vista Del Ray truly delivers. We had the same tree guy for years and he moved. Finding a new one who we trusted was a task. We interviewed 4 or so... when Jose came over I knew he was trustworthy. Scheduled for the next business day. Our trees were neglected to say the least. They trimmed 2 king palms, 1 other and cut one down. They worked so hard! When I hired them, they convinced me that my palms needed these special watering tubes and also convinced me that I needed a special watering system for my palm trees. I paid a lot of money for this stuff, which every gardener and arborist that I've had come to the house said that the extensive irrigation was unnecessary and actually damaging to my desert-loving palms. I have not used the irrigation or watering tubes since they were installed. It was a complete waste of money. Not to mention that they even put feeding tubes on weed trees (destined to be removed) and my Mexican Fan Palms which don't need extra water. I'm very disappointed, but glad that I didn't continue on with their recommendations which would have cost me another $2000 for "repairs" that I didn't need 6 years ago or now. They said I needed a new water regulator. I've since had it evaluated every two years and it has been in fine condition. As much as I really like Fran, personally, I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. As I said, I have not used the system they put in and have since pulled it out and my trees have done just fine without them. I wasted a good $4000+. Ouch. Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.
