We hired Chris and his team to install pavers and a pergola in our backyard. He visited multiple times as we changed our minds on design, and he even drew up plans himself that we were pleased with. Once we agreed on terms, he immediately wrote a contract for us to review with a detailed timeline of when the phases would be completed. He was INCREDIBLY punctual whenever he would arrive at our home. When he says he'll be here at 7AM, he's literally pulling into the driveway at 6:59AM. Materials were also delivered in a timely manner, and once they were done for the day, they cleaned up after themselves to the point where you forgot they were there in the first place. We hired Outside Solutions to remodel our front and rear Landscaping. Remove the grass and plants. Replace with drought resistant plants. Finish up with river rocks and decomposed granite. Also remove an overgrown tree from the back yard. Chris was quick to respond with a competitive bid and a design we liked. We scheduled the work over two weekends. Chris and his crew were always on time and worked hard whenever here. On the second weekend Chris had 5 or 6 guys on the job with him to be sure they finished on time.
