He was INCREDIBLY punctual whenever he would arrive at our home. When he says he'll be here at 7AM, he's literally pulling into the driveway at 6:59AM. Materials were also delivered in a timely manner, and once they were done for the day, they cleaned up after themselves to the point where you forgot they were there in the first place. Even with rain, Chris and his team were able to finish the project ahead of schedule. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of work and love how everything turned out. Bob at Waterscape built me the most beautiful large 4 level waterfall that I have ever seen at at a…read morehome. It is all made of natural local boulders that look as if they have always been there. A very large volume of water comes down the falls creating a perfect waterfall sound. The falls are engineered so that when it is turned off, 100% of the water disappears into the hidden reservoir. The reservoir is self filling so it all pretty much takes care of itself. The bonus is that Bob is a great guy to do business with and goes out of his way to ensure you get a finished product that you are happy with.

Ervin and his team did a complete overhaul of our backyard in the Spring of 2024. He has a good…read moresense of design and how to make things work, be functional, and look good at the same time and at a fair price. He and his team were professional and skilled. He demoed our old grill island area, poured some fresh concrete to expand our footprint and built a new pergola / bbq area in its place that is just amazing with a concrete bar. He also installed some artificial grass around the pool, a small wooden fence barrier, and replaced another pergola that was rotting out. He hooked up lights in the pergolas , an outdoor electrical ceiling heater, gas grill, and repainted our entire concrete patio. He even dug out and replaced our landscape drainage pipes that were full of debris for no surprises in the future. He and his team can seem to do it all as a general outdoor contractor. One year later, we are still very happy with his work. Ervin even came back recently this year to fix a few small items that didn't survive the winter water that speak to his company's character and instills trust in their workmanship.
