I had a great experience working with Luis and his team. Luis originally said the project would…read moretake about 3-4 days, and sure enough, they completed everything in just 3 days! The project involved almost the entire interior of the house, along with a sunroom, so I was really impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. Luis was excellent with communication throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and took the time to clarify anything I wasn't sure about. During the estimate, he even took a video to make sure he had a clear understanding of everything we wanted done, which gave me a lot of confidence that nothing would be overlooked. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The crew worked efficiently and got the job done within the timeframe promised. I really appreciated Luis's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was done the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend Luis and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional demolition company. Great communication, great service, and they delivered exactly what they promised!

Victor Jr. worked with me to price the project based on pictures. (If you haven't used a junk removal service before, they prefer to come in person to give you a quote and take things right away. But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.
