I first hired a college-looking guy for junk hauling that I saw on the Mira Mesa Neighborhood Facebook page, but he didn't show up, stopped responding, and was completely unprofessional. I had to start looking again and found Mark May of True Blue Hauling through the same Mira Mesa Neighborhood FB page. I called Mark, sent him pictures, and he gave me a quote that was cheaper than the previous guy. He showed up the same day, right on time, was reliable and professional, and got the job done without any hassle. He even took additional junk from our house and our neighbor's house at no extra charge. He truly went above and beyond. If you need junk hauling, I highly recommend Mark May. Great price, dependable, professional, and honest. The best guy! read more

Mark with True Blue Hauling was recommended by my realtor, and I'm so glad I reached out. He quickly came out to two properties to provide estimates for hauling junk, landscape debris and trash. His pricing was fair, and his team worked incredibly fast -- they hauled nonstop for 8 hours! During what has been a very stressful and emotional process of cleaning out my childhood home, which had unfortunately become a hoarding situation for my mom, Mark was extremely empathetic and supportive. He kept my spirits up through what felt like a very overwhelming task. I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and hard work. I can't wait till my mom see her clean home. Highly recommend True Blue Hauling. read more

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of using True Blue Hauling to remove my old Queen mattress, box spring, and bed frame, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first message, communication was excellent! Mark responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all my questions, and provided a straightforward quote. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other companies serving the 92128 area. Mark and his coworker arrived right on time, which is a huge plus in my book. Especially with a newborn. His team was professional, efficient, and they left the space clean. If you're in San Diego and need reliable junk hauling, especially for bulky items like mattresses and furniture, I highly recommend True Blue Hauling. Great value, top notch responsiveness, and hassle free service. 5 stars! read more

Awesome Service! Mark is a great guy, when first contacted he was quick to respond and was able to haul away our stuff the next morning (on time!). I also had additional things I forgot to mention to take away and he was able to get rid of it too. Will be using his services again when we remodel our closets and absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants someone reliable, friendly and courteous and very reasonably priced. read more

We just moved and had a massive pile of random stuff. The most giant plant pot you've ever seen, a 25 foot ladder, two server racks that weigh 100 pounds each, hundreds of cardboard boxes, some stuffed with moving supplies, and I can't even remember what else. It was a pile about 30 feet by 10 feet and stacked 4 feet high. Mark came out (with his awesome dog, who chilled in the truck the whole time) and was super professional, friendly, and got straight to work. When he was done, he swept up the driveway, tied everything down safely, and we never saw him, nor the pile of stuff ever again. Would TOTALLY recommend Mark and will use him again in the future. read more

Great service, I used this company, came and picked up my stuff no problem, recommended to my neighbors who had a lot more junk, never in my life have I witnessed a company not only break stuff down to allow it to fit into the trailer to save the most amount of money, but they actually swept up and cleaned the area! All star 5 star I wished there were more stars for this company, I would give them all!! Highly recommended and I do to anyone I meet thats needs their help! read more

Contacted Mark through a business card my neighbor gave me. Was instantly responsive to a text and gave me a quote that was very competitive. After speaking on the phone - we decided to use him to dispose of some old couches and junk out of our garage. What a friendly great guy. They were in and out in 25 min and took Venmo which was so easy. Very professional, was available next day and honestly couldn't say more nice things about the service with a smile. Thanks Mark. read more

Mark and his team were outstanding, from start to finish. We had a rotting wood pergola that needed to come down and heard about Mark from our local neighborhood FB group - Mark replied promptly, came out for a site visit to give an estimate and walk through the job, and then arranged a day and time to do the demo and hauling. Always on time, outstanding (!!) communication, and an amazing job for a fair price. Cleaned up absolutely spotless at the end, like the pergola was never there! He patched the wood where it was attached to our house, and saved us a small piece of wood so we could get a paint match. Finally, he saw we had a bunch of cardboard boxes from our move and offered to take those for us as well, no additional charge. I absolutely couldn't recommend him more!! read more

Mark and Matt are pros. I've used True Blue before and as expected it was just another outstanding experience. They arrived before the appointed time, gave me an honest and fair assessment of the situation, and cleared a mixed load of junk from a 1/2 acre and hauled it away within a few hours. They even swept the driveway before they left! I'll never use anyone else. Thanks True Blue. read more

I needed someone to help move and haul a bunch of boxes and other items fast and reasonably priced. I found Mark's recommendation on NextDoor and gave him a call.
