I shopped around for trash removal and prices are pretty ridiculous. I had two items picked up by another company and was charged a crazy amount. Junkbusters did half a room for me for about the same price. Surprised by how much I saved I made sure to give a good tip. Tipping not necessary but how could you not? They were about to leave but I rushed in to grab some cash for them and the great work they did. They were quick and really friendly! Little tip, bring your junk curbside for a massive discount! read more

Josh was able to come to my place the next day even when he was dealing with an injury. Fairly priced and great service. Will use him again!

After calling Josh he showed up within 2 hours to pick up five items I had already brought curbside for him to load and go. Total time between the phone and purse and meet up load and go was less than 10 minutes! We were under the gun to have the items picked up proof of city of San Diego and our property manager stopping by our place to do an inspection. I highly recommend Junkbusters for their sense of urgency, great pricing, and quick turnaround time! read more

BEST SERVICE I called many different company's for this job. They all gave me $120-$130 rates. I got in touch with this company and spoke to josh. He gave me a rate of $99 for their smaller container (still a very big container). He gave me an on the dot time fame that he arrived at and made sure to give me a 20 minute ETA before. He was very respectful and got straight to work. There were minor issues about electronic devices that the dump doesn't take, but he didn't charge me a penny of it and it's going to take out his own personal day to take care of that. A very selfless act on his part. He was in and out in 10 minutes. Overall 10/10 experience with this company and Josh. I tipped him $20 because I felt he deserved it. read more

Junk: noun 1. any old or discarded material, as metal, paper, or rags. 2. anything that is regarded as worthless, meaningless, or contemptible; trash. Junk: verb (used with object) 3. to cast aside as junk; discard as no longer of use; scrap. Junk: adjective 4. cheap, worthless, unwanted, or trashy. Freakin' Jerome's sold me some crappy ass couches a few years ago that literally started falling apart beneath me. I had purchased some kind of insurance/replacement policy that was completely worthless, and after constant hounding from my couch-surfing houseguests that use them as their weekend drunk cradles, I needed to scrap those suckers. Enter Josh and Junkbusters. Actually, no, enter every other junk removal service in town that doesn't answer their phones, return texts, voicemails or emails... now enter Josh. He picked up on my first call and gave me a time that he'd arrive to remove these eyesores from my life. He said he'd need to grab another set of hands but I said, "f' that ish, I've got your back, Josh!" He kept to schedule and arrived right on time! I already had the shining stars of "Jerry's Bloopers" waiting out front, they were loaded into the truck and with a quick cash loaded, gangster style handshake, they were on their way to their new home in a matter of minutes - the dump! Good riddance, Sh!#ty sofa. Nice to meet ya, Junkbusters! read more
