We had a big project to clean up a property and we hired Alex to help us. He was very communicative during the process and very mindful of our concerns. His bid was competitive and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner. It was a relief to have this big project off our plate. read more

Alex was great i called dos muchos to have my spa removed and they gave me the most affordable quote, came the next day and even took a few other items at no charge. There are tons of these companies out there and you have found the best. I will now be a customer and will recommend to family and friends. read more

Dos Muchos was awesome! Alex was very quick getting us a quote and his customer service was what sold us. He made sure to contact us the day before to confirm our plans and was able to help us sooner than expected. Alex removed everything we had talked about and treated our home with the utmost respect. Dos Muchos was totally worth the price and more! read more

Alex was great! When I requested a quote, he got back to me right away. He was also able to take a few more items that I needed taken away. Super nice guy and a hard worker. I would use him again when needed! Thanks, Alex! read more

Second time using Dos Mucho for some junk removal. Couldn't be more satisfied. He was on time (actually got to the house before I did), professional, quick and clean up was perfect. His price was way better than the other companies I called. Thanks for the help Alex and will definitely contact you for any other removal in the future. read more

Short version: Extremely polite and treated our property with respect. Price was very fair for the service offered and they were incredibly responsive. Long version: Our community of 20 townhomes was in a bind because Waste Management hasn't been able to pick up trash for two weeks. We put out a call-to-arms on Yelp because the trash had piled up around the dumpster and everyone was storing their trash. Alexis responded immediately and gave us a price quote based on the picture I sent. We actually ended up paying them a lot more because we ended up having them collect all the extra trash from our property. They cleaned up and swept, and were extremely polite and careful. I would 100% use this service again. read more

We had set up a day and time to come and get my stuff. This company strung me along and kept pushing me off and finally promised they would take my junk rain or shine...and the day of they have blocked me on Facebook. I can't message them, can't comment on their page. So now I still have junk on my drive way and a party of a bunch of people coming tomorrow!!!! What a terrible work ethic these people have! Do not use them or trust them!! Wow! read more

Dos Muchos Junk Removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - San Diego, California

I messaged Alexis over Yelp to get some leftover wood out of my garage before the potential storms in San Diego and he was extremely responsive! I was able to get a quick turnaround time for the pickup before I had to go to work and the price was fair for how short notice things were! I would definitely recommend this company for junk removal and he will definitely be my go-to person moving forward. read more

Dos Muchos Junk Removal - Haul truck - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - San Diego, California

Highly recommend Alex and his team! Professional, friendly, fast response time, and overall just amazing customer service! I requested a quote for a removal of 25+ office chairs on the second floor of a building and Alex and his team were able to get the job done in under 20 minutes which was awesome. Will definitely use their services again and recommend to others. Thank you! read more

Five stars to Alex! nicest person I've met in a long time. Super courteous, conscientious, and thorough, and very fairly priced! I highly recommend him! read more

They were very quick to reply after sending in a quote through yelp. I sent in my request with a photo and they gave me a flat rate estimate on the spot (no in person consultation necessary). I had a consultation with another company for the same haul (yard waste) and their estimate was way out of our budget. Alexis came out and took away our yard waste. He even swept the area where we had our yard waste on. Would definitely use them again, thank you! read more

Very affordable spa hot tub removal, Alexis was quick to respond and nice to work with!

Took down a big bathroom mirror & countertop before realizing we had no plan for disposal (woops). Asked for a quote at 11PM, they replied quickly and our stuff was hauled away by 11AM the next day no problem. Would work with them again! read more

I would give five stars for the work done, one star for the communication. Overall three stars because the work was done more affordably despite the communication. I booked this company based on their estimate that the removal would cost $250. I sent two photos showing the items to be removed, and the owner didn't say anything about it other than to give me a $250 estimate. However when he arrives, he obviously sees everything that needs to be loaded, but doesn't say anything about any price increase. Instead he goes ahead and starts loading items into his truck bed, and only after he fills one load does he mention any price increase. He says that because it'll take two loads, he'll charge $200 for one load, then $200 for the next. Honestly I felt scammed because he quoted us $250 for the entire job with no qualifications about how many loads it would take. My husband felt hemmed in at this point because he already has one load. If we don't agree he might not come back the next day and leave us with a half finished job that we would have to pay someone else to finish. So he comes Back the next day and the total is $400, $150 more than what was quoted. It's seriously bad business to quote one price, then change the terms halfway through. Especially after he's already seen the amount of things that need to get hauled away, and doesn't say anything immediately upon arriving. Other companies I spoke with gave very precise estimates like - one person said they couldn't get a sense of the amount of items based on the pictures and would need to come by in person to provide an accurate estimate. Other people provided estimates by load, & said that if it took more than 1 load than they'd charge per load. Other people gave estimates by volume. Anyways, disappointing about the communication but the owner still hauled our trash away at a somewhat affordable price. read more

Contacted Saturday evening. Responded quickly. Was here Sunday morning right as scheduled. Efficient. Friendly. Professional. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. Also way more reasonably priced than many of the other sites. Way more. read more

Wow! I am in awe of the customer service provided from this team. Not only were they flexible with their timing the morning of my appointment since I had just put my baby down, but they have been so kind and responsive. Their rate was extremely affordable. They cleaned up my millions of recyclable boxes very fast and communicated with me during the entire process. We will definitely be using them again in the future if we need to! Overall, they made a difference in my life as a new mom. I have struggled to keep up with things like I once did and struggled with postpartum depression which prevented me from keeping the nonessential things tidy and clean. Their services gave me a reset with a fresh start. I seriously cannot brag about them more! read more
