We are so glad we went with Blake hauling for removing our busted old couch. We tried a few companies, and the voicemail was full and we weren't able to reach anyone. It was very frustrating! Blake Hauling was responsive and scheduled a pickup time that worked with our schedule. They were competitively priced and that included entering our home to physically remove the couch. Not only did Carlos, the hauler who helped us, arrive on time, but he also helped clean up the mess left behind from our crumbling furniture. Carlos called us when he was 20 minutes away and gave us time to be prepared to meet him. I recommend both the service tech and the company for your junk hauling needs! read more

I reached out on a Saturday afternoon looking for someone who could help me disassemble and haul away an above-ground spa. I wasn't even sure if they did both, but they confirmed right away that they could handle everything. They were able to fit me in the very next day (Sunday late morning). They arrived exactly when expected and even called me beforehand to let me know they were on their way, super professional communication. The job they did was absolutely spotless and impressively efficient. It's been a long time since I've worked with a company this professional, reliable, and hardworking. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but this is the type of company that truly deserves it. They should be successful and have everyone's recommendation. I couldn't recommend them more, I'll definitely be using them again for any similar projects in the future! read more

Honestly, just call Blake Hauling. I had such a great experience today. These people are serious about doing a great job at a fair price. Very responsive, super careful and conscientious, friendly. I couldn't be happier, and I recommend them highly. Do yourself a favor and stop searching! read more

Blake Hauling provided an exceptional job. I'm a real estate agent, who needed service for a client immediately, and after many calls, Blake was able to provide immediate, efficient service. Highly recommended. read more

When I had a large job of yard waste to be cleared I tried all the company's listed in the area through Yelp. The only one who responded quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and did a fast and outstanding job was Blake Hauling. They started the same day that they looked at the job and we're back the next to finish it. Other companies were either asking for astronomical amounts of money to do the job or didn't even want to do it and left me hanging by never calling back with a price quote. The crew who worked on clearing my yard waste worked very hard, were very professional and did a great job. Don't bother with any other company because they are just looking to over charge for easy junk pick ups and won't put in two days of hard work like the employees at Blake. Thank you Blake Hauling, for your hard work. I would use them again, no question! read more

I used Blake Hauling's services about a year ago and had excellent service -- so when I needed some bulky, old furniture removed from an upstairs bedroom immediately, I contacted Blake Hauling. Karla gave me a fair estimate on the removal and when I agreed, we were able to arrange an appointment the day after which a reasonable time frame. Adrian arrived in the expected time frame to take care of the furniture and was quick, kind, and professional! He was also very considerate, ensuring he followed COVID guidelines and worked efficiently. I appreciate all his hard work and was amazed he got the job done fast (even by himself)! I would honestly recommend this business to anyone needing junk removal. This is my second time using their service and honestly they have been amazing for all the times I've worked with them. read more

If you have junk in or around your home, have Blake Hauling take care of it!!! I called them up to get an estimate of junk that my father in law / packrat has accumulated. I mean really, who needs old kitchen chairs that are falling apart, a gas BBQ that is so old that there are no propane tanks in this day that can work with it, and a steel cabinet that was hidden among the bushes that the rest of the family didnt know about. . . . Blake came promptly on time, did a walkthrough orientation of the piles and area of junk to be hauled. He even offered to take other junk that I didnt think he would take like garden junk (branches, leaves, etc). But he offered so I said "Why not!". Him and his partner were very efficient and professional. They cleaned pu after themselves very well and even took the time to sweep the driveway if there was little things that fell out, also even raked the leaves off the front lawn (which he didnt have to, but he did because he wanted to). Now that's what you call service. They are also a hauling company that is going "Green" because as they were putting the junk in the trailor, he organized the junk so they can easily know what can be recycled versus straight to the dump. Blake Hauling is highly highly recommended and I would use them again in a heartbeat!!! HK's take home advice: don't be a packrat and use Blake Hauling! read more

Great service, great price. I would definitely recommend these guys. They called ahead to confirm everything, and their pricing was more than reasonable. In fact, I was expecting it to be more than it was, based on their website. There were a couple items that could probably be salvaged that I just couldn't find homes for and he asked questions about those - I was glad that things might have some life left in them rather than just going into landfill. read more

No need to even call anwhere else. Blake's company is the best. I tried to use another company we had been using but they were a no-call no show. I hate that. So what did I do? Trusted Yelp just like others trust Yelp to find us! It paid off. Blake called me right back, set up the work, came to the house, was there right on time, did the work for the quoted price, had the proper equipment to take care of everything, what can I say - 100% satisfied :) The actual guy that came out was Humberto and he is a gem. If you can belive it they even had to cut an old swingset to get rid of it and they had a special saw for this. Blake is great, his company is awesome and you know what, I and my company will be using him again and again. When you do things right you deserve more business and Blake deserves more. I can recommend his company with no reservations. read more

I am sometimes concerned by companies with several reviews that sound very much alike. With that one caveat, I bow before Blake hauling, these guys bailed me out of a tough project, were on time, kind, professional and cost far less than I imagined! Seriously, I have no negative remarks, and that is a rare thing for me. What else, they make their own bio diesel and recycle everything they can. Hire them! Support honest businesses! read more

Long story short, I was moving out of a four-bedroom house with three roommates, and my roommates abandoned me (moved out of state) with all of their stuff - furniture, food, pots/pans, dishes, Tupperware...EVERYTHING. I had a day to get all of this out. Fortunately, I was able to email Blake Hauling a picture of all the junk that I had hauled out to the curb and got a response within 30 minutes with a quote. They said there was a driver nearby and that he would be at my house in 15 minutes, which was amazing! I was also sent an invoice so I could pay with my card. The guy arrived promptly, and hauled it into his truck in no time. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with, which was a HUGE plus considering all the crap I had to deal with that day! I highly recommend this company if you need to get some junk out of your house ASAP. read more

Blake, Blake, Blake!!!!! I think you are the BOMB!! you not only got rid of a much hated piece of furniture.. you did it swiftly and efficiently!!! I love the fact that you have a set fee for a single large item and basically no questions asked.. You came by and threw that ugly sofa in the back of your pick-up like it was cardboard!!! Anyone needing to recycle or get rid of one or 2 large items the $40 per item is well worth the expense.. Bravo for having an efficient service for San Diego!!! You will definitely get my future business and references!!! And you were definitely easy on the eyes!! :) read more

Responded quickly to my email queries on price (lowest price in the area by far), etc. Called ahead the night before with a time window, just like they said they would, and then again 30 minutes before actually arriving. Service was prompt and professional, and within 10 minutes, our old couch was gone. I would highly recommend Blake Hauling, and I will very likely use them again for any future junk hauling work. read more

Blake Hauling was great - I found them through Yelp and they did not disappoint! We had a large Xmas tree in it's stand that we needed to get taken away and Blake did a terrific job. We left it out on our porch and they came and got it while we were out - not only did they haul it away, they even swept up all the needles that were all over the porch and walkway!! I really appreciated how easy it was to set up an appointment when I called, how accomodating and flexible they were (they took my card and charged me AFTER they had taken it away - it was super convenient), that they called to give me a 2 hour time window, and that they went to the trouble of photographing the tree and porch and emailing me the photos. I will definitely be using them again - no question! read more

My first time using a junk hauling service and it was a good one. Things disposed were a gas barbecue set, basketball hoops, mattress, total gym, kids large plastic toys, Fence wrought irons. On schedule, price reasonable, clean, and painless. Now I can shop for new furniture knowing that Blake Hauling can get rid of my old furniture's. Benson R read more

Called on Saturday and spoke with Stephanie. Took a pic of the big items and let her know that there would be a bunch of other little things. Got a quote via text. She said someone could come that very day. Explained Sunday is when I would be ready. I had the stuff ready to load up in the garage. Two guys showed up and had the stuff out of there with in about 15 minutes. Couldn't have been easier. Appreciate them being able to come on a Sunday. Will use Blake Hauling again. read more

If I could give 6 stars I would! It started right from the minute I contacted this company on Yelp. From the time I clicked GET A QUOTE to the time Stephanie called me was a total of about 3 minutes. I sent her pictures of everything that we needed removed and she gave us a very reasonable quote and had someone at the house at 8:00 the very next day. The crew that arrived were courteous and professional, did exactly what they were asked to do and even thoroughly swept and raked the area after they were finished. I can't recommend Blake Hauling highly enough and will DEFINITELY contact them the next time I need a junk removal service. read more

I am a local vinyl fence contractor and use Blake Hauling for all my demo/haul away's. It took me a very long time to finally find a company that shows up on time EVERY time. I called Blake Hauling because it had good reviews Carlos was nice guy and attended to my needs right away i need a dumpster for my yard work and he gave me flat fee which pretty great and all i had to do is fill it up and call him and he would pick it up everything sounded great until the dumpster came it was from another company he used another company to give me dumpster cause he was out i think. The other company had this guy that would check every single day at the dumpster and even put some mattresses and swings in the dumpster i rented it was BS he picked up the dumpster not even full yet and said it was to heavy already which i dont think so cause all i put was ice plants and weeds. I was going to rate 5 stars but i gave him 3 cause he used a sub contractor to give me a dumpster. read more

Blake was on time and worked quickly. They were able to fit me in to get my side yard cleared before my big Easter party! He was very professional and even answered my questions about ground cover I'm definitely going to use them for that project. read more

I called Blake Hauling as a result of reading all the fabulous reviews here on Yelp. I'm so glad that I did! I had expected that they might send someone to my place to estimate cost for the assorted water and mud-soaked detritus I needed hauled away. No. In fact, these folks are fully engaged in the 21st century and suggested that I send photos of the stuff I wanted to get rid of. Perfect!! They took a look at all of it, estimated how much room it would take in the trailer/truck, and gave me a more than fair estimate for all of it. And then they called and graciously worked with MY schedule to manage timing. AND they didn't charge me extra when I asked them to take a couple of trash cans worth of greens and branches as well. As someone else here wrote, don't even think about calling anyone else. Oh, and bonus? These folks also deliver mulch and other ground cover (bark, etc). read more

Tired of dealing with jackasses on craigslist to come get a free couch, I called Blake Hauling. He happened to have a guy who was going to be in the area within a couple of hours. Getting the junk out of your trunk is super easy with these guys! Just give them a call & they'll help you out in a timely manner with a smile on their face. The service is great & the price is right. We had 5 mattresses to get rid of (don't ask why...), so we called these guys & they charged us $40 for the first item & $10 for each additional item. It was the best price of all the dumpers we called! read more

We moved into a new home that had a yard that had been neglected for a decade. After pruning and clearing out old dead shrubs we had a large amount of yard waste that needed hauling. I had called another hauler who never responded after two calls. Blake hauling responded promptly, arrived on time and quickly made two large ugly piles of debris disappear. Flat rate price for a truckload (and it's a large pick up truck) so no surprises with the bill. Courteous, friendly people. You'll be very happy you supported this small business! Oh, the day he came my neighbors were have their palm trees trimmed and he even cleaned up they mess they left on my side of the fence! read more

This is a first-rate business with a more than fair price structure. If you have junk in the garage, need to clear the yard, or take down a big tree, I highly recommend Blake Hauling, LLC to clear the way. Blake came out to the house tonight with a smile on his face and solved my junk-disposal dilemma efficiently and professionally. I will definitely be using the service again, should the need arise in the future (which, I'm certain it will). Thanks, Blake and Rebecca for the great service, response and communication! Blake Hauling was fast and friendly. I was looking for playground wood chips and came across Blake Hauling on Yelp. I spoke with RC and he said that he would try to shift things around and help me out on my order (it was short notice). Within a few hours, RC was able to confirm that they had enough wood chips available and could deliver the next day. Blake called and gave me a heads-up when he was on his way. That was the easiest thing ever! I woke up this morning knowing we were showing the house for sale and remembered the old mattress we needed to get rid of. I started contacting a few local places through Yelp around 6:45. Stephanie got back to me almost immediately. They're price was lower than the competitor and they were here by 8:30am (one quote I got was 2 days from now). Jose came in grabbed the mattress and off he went! Less than 5 minutes! I'm going to keep them on my list as we clean and get ready to move. read more

Really nice guys, and gave me a great price. I would definitely use their service again. Less than half as much as some other companies.

Blake Hauling is amazing! I have before and after photos to prove it too. Blake and his crew worked around our schedule, which was very specific, because we are from Northern CA. My grandma's house had to be cleaned out and we only had 2 days to do it. They not only got it all done, but they got it done with a smile, great attitude, and put up with us still needing to separate good items from the trash. The only thing I had to say is, "why aren't you up in Santa Cruz?". I'm a realtor and have clients that would never let him sleep he's so good. read more

This company is great! Very professional, friendly, and hard working guys. Dealt with them a few years ago to remove debris from my rental property. Blake, the owner, came by and did a great job. He was very courteous and was quick to answer any question or address any problem that I had. Ryan came by today to remove some trash from my residence and he provided the same great friendly service and also gave us a great deal as well. Would highly recommend this company. Yelp didn't let down! I had a bunch of junk, couch, metal piece of old workout equipment, some old computers, boxes, Blake accommodated the time frame I needed, and was out of here in no time at a completely fair cost! I would definitely recommend Blake Hauling. RC was responsive and helpful. I manage a townhouse rental and inevitably have to deal with furniture left behind by tenants. Blake Hauling is so easy to work with: I email a picture of items to be hauled, they confirm the price and set up a pick-up time. I can even pay with credit card over the phone! As a side note, the rental is located in an area where UCSD students always dump their unwanted junk on the sidewalks. I am pretty sure that Blake Hauling also took some of the extra stuff away for free (the broken furniture was there before they came to pick my stuff up, and I saw them stop at the corner on their way out).
