Neil is fantastic. He's extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what's going on and diagnosing the problem. He's prompt with scheduling and shows up right when he says he's going to. We had several dead spots in our yard and also had a new porch built that was in the way of the current sprinkler system. Neil came out and redesigned the whole system so that our yard stays green without soaking the porch. He was incredibly friendly, and got the whole job done in a single day. I would highly recommend Neil and will definitely use him again. read more

Neal was fantastic. He replaced seven valves and adjusted dozens of sprinkler heads that weren't getting adequate pressure. He dialed in the entire system, making a huge difference in both water pressure and overall coverage across the front lawn. Called with an emergent sprinkler repair. Neil responded right away and worked us into his schedule to assess our situation. He was very friendly, pleasant and has years of experience in sprinkler repair. Gave excellent advice, committed to getting the parts needed and returning to do the repair. His cost was reasonable and he even came back the next day to help us with another sprinkler issue. Definitely will use Neil again and refer him to friends and family. read more

Neal came out promptly and replaced my timer and adjusted my sprinklers at reasonable rates . Great job done.

I hired Neil to install a water pressure reducing value for my irrigation system. He initially surveyed my system to come up with a game plan. He took the time to explain to me his thoughts and how he planned on adding the reducing value to my existing PCV pipes, given the tight work space. Once he confirmed that it could be done for a reasonable price, scheduled him to do the work. On the day Neil was scheduled, he came on time and completed the job as agreed upon. He's really easy to talk to, honest, and I will contact him again for future needs! read more

Neil is professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any type of sprinkler repair you have. A+ for A+!!

The job took 5 minutes and I was charged $150.00! Way over priced. Find someone else. read more

This guy is the real deal -- professional, punctual, and truly know his craft. He showed up on time, diagnosed my sprinkler system issues right away, and had everything running perfectly before he left. It took him about 30 min. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing every step of the way, and even took the extra time to fine-tune the water coverage for my lawn. As a homeowner who's worked with plenty of contractors over the years, I can honestly say A+ Sprinklers stands out for their integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail. Great communication, fair pricing, and top-quality work. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and neighbors. A+ is my go to and has been for many many years. Neil is easy to get a hold of and schedule and yes, always promptly on time for an appointment. He has designed my backyard drip system and always helps out with questions and has great ideas to problem solve. He knows exactly what needs to be done, how to do it, and charges price. He backs up his work with and if there's ever any problem, he'll come out and take care of it. I can't highly enough and I do refer many people to Neil. read more

Neil returned my call the same day and set up an appointment. He was able to put in a new timer after seeing my 1980's original timer that came with my house when it was built. The wiring was shot and the on/ off switch no longer worked. Neil promptly installed a new sprinkler timer for a reasonable price. Thank you Neil for showing me how to work the new timer. I will call you for any future sprinkler system needs in the future. read more

Neil is amazing. So easy to work with. I had a relatively simple hole repairs in multiple places on my drip line. He arrived on time. Cut the bad part out and patched it up. Tested the lines and easy done. Very reasonable prices because he knows how to get things done and comes with extra parts for all kinds of needs. read more

Unfortunately, I had to have a professional replace his work on my property. He even charged me to irresponsibly change a Sprinkler on my neighbor's property. I didn't realize until my neighbor complained. He has an attitude. I don't recommend this person. read more

Highly recommend! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Super Clean wiring job I called Neil at 730am on Saturday and he picked up the phone right away. He was at my house at 9am and finished with my sprinkler repair by 10am. Doesn't get better than that. read more

Extremely friendly and explains everything (no mansplaining!) Affordable and double checked his work. He was flexible with availability. We had a valve repair on our ingrown sprinkler system. "It's is old but it works", he didn't try to talk us in to anything more than the repair that was needed. :) I so appreciated his customer service and genuine personality. Thank you, Neil! read more

Neil did some repair/replacement of some very old, poorly functioning sprinklers. He was reasonable, was right on time, got the job done and was easy to work with, not trying to upsell me in any way. After discovering a leaking valve in our backyard I gave A+ Sprinklers a call after finding them on Yelp. Spoke to Neil, who made arrangements to come out the next day. Because we didn't need the valve anymore, he gave me a couple of options. Replacing it or capping it off. I chose to cap it off. He completed the job quickly. I would definitely contact Neil again in the future if the need arises and would recommend him to family and friends. read more

Neil fixed and upgraded the irrigation manifold. Fast and easy at a reasonable price.

He was a little unfocused. He was too in a hurry to explain what he would do. I agreed to the first scenario he presented, (I had bought a new timer, met him at the location, and stayed there for an hour while he figured out what he would do.) I agreed to the estimate and left. That was when the trouble started. He didn't contact me about a revamp to the job. But told the tenant a whole different project for digging up the property and laying new cables/wires and connections. He didn't call me - the tenant did to return to the site. He threw an idea at me to retrench the whole huge yard. He was not being patient. His phone was blowing up all the while. My perception was that he couldn't do the project on his own and decided he had more profitable work and HE JUST BAILED! I was requesting he be patient but he couldn't be and he apologized and left. Below he said I had 7 irrigation people which is not true - I had six people (neighbors, gardeners, handymen), I had myriad of gardeners who worked on the rental over the year who messed up the wiring on the siphon valves over the past year, and he was the FIRST irrigation specialist. I called out to verify whether the timer was broken . After I thought for a while - I wouldn't have done what he was suggesting anyway. I would have maintained one-timer at the same location (whose wiring was intact) and just added a second timer in close proximity of the back bank of valves to the existing outdoor electrical connection instead of starting from zero.... back to the drawing board. He was an older guy who didn't need or want my business. In all fairness I think he knows his stuff but he just wanted an easy out. I've hired service providers for 45 years and I try to be fair minded. read more

Neil is TOP SHELF and a master of his craft. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of his services. Thank you Neil.

Great company, fair pricing, efficient work, great quality. Neil is also very pleasant to be around. Used this company many times.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEIL!! Knowledgeable, Professional, Meticulous, Polite and just a terrific guy to work with. My old 1970's irrigation system was in need a complete tune-up so I made some calls. Neil was quick to respond; arrived promptly on-time; provided an estimate on the spot and a scheduled date for the work. Then he arrived early to the job site and completed it all on budget and schedule. And Neil truly knows his stuff. He is so experienced he made a work of art out of a piping disaster. (See photo) What a pleasure to work with a service-oriented professional!! With Neil's expertise my system went from chugging along to a water-wise masterpiece. Thanks Neil!! read more

Neil is the best! Competent, caring, responsive, ethical. Don't even think about going to anybody else.

I contacted four different irrigation/sprinkler repair companies, and only A+ Sprinklers offered to provide me with a labor only cost proposal, and also to allow me to supply my own materials or let him provide them at his cost. All the other contractors wanted to charge quite a large profit margin on the materials, plus their labor rate was higher than that of A+. Oh, btw, I did verify A+ Sprinklers license and standing. Neil was the most genuine contractor even with a very casual style. I found his work to be professional and efficient. He replaced a 25 year old gate valve and a similarly aged water pressure regulator that fed the whole house irrigation system. I would recommend A+ Sprinklers to anyone experiencing problems with their sprinkler / irrigation system read more

Neil is a pro. We had some standing water and he showed up quick to give us an idea what was wrong. He addressed our problem and made a recommendation on our system which was very welcomed. Neil was excellent! He came out, arrived promptly and was very polite. From the start of our conversation it was obvious that Neil knows his stuff. He quoted me a price after we walked the property and he began work immediately. The price was fair and he stuck to it. Neil finished the job and explained to me exactly how he addressed the issues we talked about. Our system has never run better. He even fixed issues with our wiring that were clearly there from the initial, poor setup. Neil gave me great watering advise that was specific to our grass and plants.
