Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. Jose and the team spent essentially the entire day diagnosing and remediating the problem. They performed drain scoping, hydro jetting, extensive root removal, repaired damaged sections of the main drain line with PVC, added new drains/catch basins, restored drainage flow, and repaired/cleaned up the surrounding area afterward. What I appreciated most was that Jose took the time to explain what they were finding throughout the process and helped distinguish between immediate necessary repairs versus larger optional improvements. The amount of root intrusion uncovered was significant, and the team worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. The pricing for the work completed felt fair given the amount of labor, troubleshooting, excavation, and repair involved. I also appreciated that they approached the situation practically rather than trying to oversell unnecessary work.
