Small parking lot, logical set up, prices are reasonable, but you must absolutely come here for the service. The staff here are true DIY, friendly neighbors. Willing to show, teach and explain many of the items they carry, but absolutely walk you from start to finish with nothing less than a smile on their face. I generally come here for Traeger Smoker Pellets which most even BBQ places don't carry. I generally stockpile for a few seasons, but come here from time to time for smaller more rustic home work.

Order Numbers: 4850, 7015 & 14673 UPDATE…read more to resolve the below-mentioned issue regarding our hardwood flooring. On August 23, 2023, after several weeks we placed our initial order of approximately 3350 sq ft On September 27, 2023, the order was delivered to our new home. we noticed that the final quote submitted by Jim had changed from Light Rustic to Rustic without our knowledge or authorization. When we brought this detail to his attention, he assured us not to worry about the quote and that he was sure we received Light Rustic White Oak because that is what he communicated to the mill, and further, that Light Rustic is what he saw when he went to Saroyan to check on our order. Only later did he admit that it's possible a mistake was made somewhere and that he'd look into it. After months of back and forth with Jim, a trip to Saroyan in San Marcos to confirm how Light Rustic White Oak is represented onsite, as well as countless conversations and meetings at our house with other wood manufacturers, inspectors, professional installers/ refinishers and countless hours of researching, we felt confident that what we received was not what we ordered. We received a call from Jim saying that "there would be no cooperation from Saroyan to resolve the matter and that we were going to have to do what we needed to do". Being a single mother in a new home with her four year old and working full time this has been very painful and costly on my wellbeing. This is when we decided to drive up to Los Angeles and speak to the owners of the Saroyan company directly. We decided if they could show us the flooring we were sold, we would understand. We were then told by the two owners of the company, Saroyan Hardwoods that " I have no idea where this wood came from. We don't have anything like this. shocking as it was to hear the truth, we knew the wood was fraudulent. Despite the NDA they asked us to sign for a reimbursement of $28,000, I would stil come out of pocket another $96,266 to have that wood installed and finished. As consumers, we believe that both before and after the wood was delivered, we were guided by false and intentionally misleading information related to the BRAND, quality, the grade, the condition, and the manufacturing process of the wood we thought we were purchasing. Pictures or raw overage boards in our garage Accidentally cc'd on an internal email between Saroyan employees admitting the outsourcing and fraudulent flooring. As we approached Bonsall/Fallbrook, we noticed a white service truck bearing the markings of Fredrick Access Systems and Fallbrook Overhead Doors had been tailgating us at about one car length. Before we could change lanes, the Fredrick truck swerved into a break in the number two lane before making an unsafe lane change directly in front of us. I had to take evasive action to avoid a collision by only a few feet. Here is our photograph of the truck identifying the exact Fredricks truck that endangered us. Shortly after the incident I placed a call to the telephone number shown on the truck and spoke with business owner Ann Fredrick. I described the reckless operation of her company's truck and asked that she take appropriate action to assure her employee's accountability. I specifically asked that she investigate the incident and follow up with me later in the day with the first name of the driver and a description of the corrective action she decided to take. Although initially polite, Ms. Fredrick quickly became evasive, said she would not disclose the driver's first name and never followed up with me. We believe that Fredrick's failure to responsibly address this instance of reckless conduct, conflicts with the public personae it presents to the community. We therefore decided to post this information as a community service with the hope that Fredrick re-evaluates its responsibility to the neighborhood it professes to honorably serve.
