RYAN FROM IN HOME SALES... Ordered a garage door to be installed with a specific color to match the other garage door. When the installers came over they had a different color than what I had selected. And sure enough, the lowes purchase order had the wrong color. Couldn't do anything about it when the old door was ripped out already and was forced to keep the door with the wrong color ordered installed. Terrible in every way!!! Not happy with this service. All LOWES projects and shopping are on hold until further notice. First and last time using their services. Garbage company that has idiot employees to boot. I ordered a tool set for delivery. It consisted of a full set of SAE and metric wrenches. That set was out of stock so the shopper brought me an SAE set and told me the employee in the tools section told her that metric and SAE are the same exact thing. What? I proceeded to return the tool set to Lowes. It's been upwards of a week and I never received a refund to my card. They must really need the $40. I have only ever frequented this store because it's three miles from my home which is about seven minutes driving time give or take so definitely convenient but every single time, you can't get help and if you do, you're given wrong information. Guess that's why there is the running "joke" about never getting "any assistance at Lowes." I'll stick with Home Depot. A lot further but at least I get my refunds and their employees are knowledgeable. read more

I used the Lowe's curbside pick up today. And what a game changer it was! It was super simple to use. I did an online order and it probably took about 30 minutes to notify me. My order was ready. I pulled in and got my items immediately from a friendly Lowe's employee. I want to say also I had initially went to Lowe's about a week before and could not find what I needed. It is so much easier to browse the online selection and find what I needed immediately instead of walking up and down the aisles and not finding what I need. I've been working on some home improvement projects and compared to other Lowe's, this has the best and greatest Customer Service and employees among all the others. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be friendly and supportive. They listen carefully and really engage with you to determine the best solution for your situation. The employees are professional and cordial and really care about their customers. The shelves are well stocked and organized. The store is clean and neat. And there are some unique products that other hardware stores don't have. Wow!!! read more

In Sept. 2025 we purchased a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. We purchased the 5 year warranty. A few weeks after delivery the ice maker dispenser stop working intermittently. Called Lowe's warranty and was told if it was a minor customer inconvenience that we would be charged. When the tech arrived the dispenser worked about 50% of the time. Tech stated that he would replace ice maker as to not have to charge us. Dispenser now not working but maybe 5% of the time. Called Lowe's store. Was told that since we had purchased the warranty the store could do nothing for me. Called Lowe's warranty again. New technician, tore the refrigerator apart. 2 hours later he gave up and left. Ice dispenser still not working. Called Lowe's warranty again ( 8 months now without ice dispenser) Asked to have refrigerator replaced but was told no not until it was deemed unrepairable. ( 2 Whirlpool techs, 0 results. I call that unrepairable). New tech coming this Wednesday between 12pm and 4pm. Hope to go on Facebook live to show this next step. Stay tuned. We purchased a bathroom vanity/sink and paid for the installation. Extremely poor communication from the beginning - after 3 weeks of trying to get the installation scheduled (including having a Lowe's contracted construction company coming out to do measurements), I was told that there wasn't a code in their system to do the installation after all and there was nothing they could do. I spoke to about 5 different associates before knowing they couldn't do the installation and they all told me something different - and at the end of the day - it couldn't be done. Professionalism and customer service is non-existent at this store and I will not shop here again. read more

Hardly come to this location as it's out of my way, probably only a few visits in 10 years. Stopped by to get some plants because I was in the area and when we got to self checkout as it seems to be the only option now (besides lumber and garden) but, there was only 4 registers open and 1 employee (Sharon) manning the entire checkout area. 2 customers at separate registers had red lights on waiting for assistance on top of myself. Sharon held it down trying to call for backup from garden a few times before anyone showed up. In the meantime, there were two whole lines formed behind me spanning across the walkway and aisle, everyone impatient, frustrated and throwing dirty looks at me for "holding up the line" which was not a good feeling. Another worker finally came through to open up the other side of registers. One of my plants had an incorrect tag that wasn't scanning so I had to wait for someone to pull up a sku number (still labeled it incorrectly, it's an alocasia not a ficus) so I could checkout again. It was such a hot mess that it makes me want to avoid this location at all costs. read more

Very well-stocked! Everything was fairly organized and the prices are reasonable. I came by to check out the paint colors available and asked for a paint sample. I wasn't sure if they had my color, but the workers were able to mix it up for me perfectly. The people there were really knowledgeable and it took less than 10 minutes for it to be ready. The cashier, however, was quite the opposite. I had a coupon code via the app, but she had no idea how to scan it. I tried explaining it to her, but she just wouldn't listen. She called someone over to help and we finally got it scanned. A bit of a hassle, but not a huge deal. Will be returning in the future :) read more

We went to Lowe's yesterday to look at blinds. As soon as we got to the blinds section, the associate helping us immediately started talking about solar instead. We were there for blinds and had no interest in solar, but we were still bombarded with solar information and pressured into it. The associate even told us that when the solar salesperson comes, we should offer them coffee or water. That felt extremely inappropriate and pushy, especially since we never asked about solar. Unfortunately, my husband ended up making an appointment even though we didn't want solar. Now we're trying to cancel the appointment because we do not want solar, but no one answers the number we were given. We also tried calling Lowe's directly and no one answered either. This type of sales pressure is frustrating and feels like harassment. Lowe's needs to stop pushing solar so aggressively and make cancellation easy when customers are not interested. read more

We went with exactly what he suggested with the grout for the tile and the rock tiles for the fire place. Went in to get supplies to paint my room. The assistant in the paint section was great and very helpful and gave us great tips. What made this trip sour was just how pushy a different assistant was. As soon as we stepped in this gentleman was right in our faces asking to give us "free water tests" told him no thanks. "But it's free" "no thanks" "what? It's a free water tests. Who doesn't need a free water test??" "NO THANKS" "can I ask why you don't want a water test?? It's free. Everyone needs it". Didn't hear him being as pushy to any other person who came in after us so idk if he just thought we would give in if he kept taking our no for maybe. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't really blame him I feel like management is probably down his throat about giving out these amazing free water tests. This review is for Julio in the plumbing department. My husband and I were tackling our first major DIY project that involved a new vanity and faucet in our bathroom. We ran into several issues with not having the write size pipe. As I stood in the plumbing aisle staring at a bunch of plastic pipes that all looked the same, Julio appeared with a smile and expertise to share. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, but he went above and beyond to inform me that what I was trying to do wasn't *really* the right way to do it. He explained the right way of doing it and helped me find all of the items needed the right way. He helped on more than one occasion. We had to return back to the store for more hoses and there he was again, gladly handing me exactly what was needed. I would give it no stars if I could for installation process for carpeting. The measurement was done twice at my request because it was not clear what closets were included. They still got it wrong and they had to come back again to install more carpet. More disruption of our life. Customer service and communication poor at best. When I complained about it after, management reviewed this fiasco by themselves without me, and offered me $100 because the job was done on time. I was so insulted by this I told them to keep it because they apparently need it more than me, They didn't even get the basis of the complaint right. I like this store, but definitely go during the day. There are more associates available to assist when needed. The second reason I recommend going during the day is the parking lot trees block out so much of the parking lot lights and it's kind of dark. My wife doesn't go here when it's dark. Highly recommend that management looks into this and trims the tree so they are not so low and not blocking the lights. read more

Love Home Depot. We can find almost anything we need for some home improvement or gardening. My husband loves to hang out here while I hang out at the plants section. They sometimes have some great options for indoor house plants. Although some can be over priced, they tend to have a few that's decent. I LOVE their plant warranty. You can return it or exchange within a year if your plant dies. Must have your receipt tho. And huge plus on military discount. Always great service. Staff is always friendly & helpful. read more
