The last time I was here , I had ordered a umbrella online and the order was canceled due to the item being out of stock but I never received a notice telling me, but I never got one saying it was ready. I decided to call the store to see how it was doing , and the store manager Victor informed me it was canceled . I told him I hadn't received the cancellation notice . He then kindly looked to see if they had any and stock and he said someone had returned one , if i wanted to come get it. He went out of his way to do that for me and search for one . I got to the store and I wanted to make sure that it wasn't returned for a specific reason , he offered to open it and that we could check together. Truth be told I'm blinder than a bat so I saw nothing with it . Then he said " wait it's ripped " and it totally was . I thank him for his honesty , and again he went out of his way to search for me if they had it at another location, they did but unfortunately really far away. Today I visited the store again and again the vibes are always so right in there with the employees !!! I'm astonished they have such a variety of foodstuffs from around the world. It was fun to pore over all the displays. They have a nice display of furniture but very pricey. It was fun shopping here except I found on my receipt I was charged for an extra item and was not given the 55% off sale on a Cadbury product, which was clearly marked.
