Shane went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my license plate on my vehicle. I needed some new screws. The ones that were in there were so incredibly hard to get out. Shane went outside and went above and beyond to get the problem solved. Shane figured out the correct metric screw size that we needed in the hardware department . Then went back outside again in the parking lot to make sure they fit on my Mercedes-Benz. The screws fit beautifully! Thanks to Shane, I have a nice and secure license plate + frame now. Garbage company that has idiot employees to boot…read more I ordered a tool set for delivery. It consisted of a full set of SAE and metric wrenches. That set was out of stock so the shopper brought me an SAE set and told me the employee in the tools section told her that metric and SAE are the same exact thing. What? I proceeded to return the tool set to Lowes. It's been upwards of a week and I never received a refund to my card. They must really need the $40. I have only ever frequented this store because it's three miles from my home which is about seven minutes driving time give or take so definitely convenient but every single time, you can't get help and if you do, you're given wrong information. Guess that's why there is the running "joke" about never getting "any assistance at Lowes." I'll stick with Home Depot. A lot further but at least I get my refunds and their employees are knowledgeable.

This is such a cool store to come into so it's so sad that they make you feel so unwelcomed. Management needs to step up and make some changes or retrain your employees to at least attempt to look and act like they want to be there. If I was the manager of this store, I would be so pissed that these employees are getting paid and are doing the bare minimum if even that.
