After contacting the commercial RV company and was quoted an unbelievable price for the work I felt the need to look at my options. I spoke to Gabby, who is a Owner with her husband and she encouraged me to have her husband look at the roof of our RV. The most expedient way to get it inspected was for me to take it to their service location, which was easy to do. I'm drawing a blank, but I think her husband's name is David and what a wonderful kind man. Previously, I'll be he had worked in the RV business in several factories and worked for other RV servicing companies. he took the time to get up on a ladder, go up on my roof and did a thorough inspection. He pointed out several soft spots in the roof and pointed out other potential problems. He did provide several options as to how to repair the roof, but the basics were there which included taking the old roof material off, inspecting the wood, after taking off the air conditioning, the dome over the shower and other vent he and his wife pointed out damage that could be reasonably repaired while the roof was being repaired. The parts he sold me were reasonably priced, and it was included in the warranty if we had any problems he would take care of it. 2 to 3 times a week we received pictures of the RV in various stages of repair. When the work was completed, we were assisted in a thorough inspection, advice was given to get the longest wear out of our roof, and the job was totally completed. You can go to the major by the freeway dealerships if you like, but you'll find yourself paying four to $5000 more than you would be and trusting these professional. When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. I appreciated the recommendation, but I was disappointed that it increased the price by $100. I felt that option should have been discussed during the initial phone calls so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through. Story time: Recently I had ChargePoint charger exploded, it blew out the inner and outer cover of…read morethe charger and my vehicle stopped charging without any noticed. I began go search for electrician near by me asap as I need to charge my vehicle. Scheduled with Bear and two tech showed up today. They upgraded my NEMA 6-50 to NEMA 14-50 and also found out one of my breaker is going bad. They upgraded EV plug, changed out the breaker and added a surge protector. They discovered issues I haven't known about. Definitely 5 stars! Thank you Sam!
