    7/13/21 I received an email for PERFECT WEEKLY 3.0 Liter at 40% off. Walked in and saw the same product 2 of these for $99. Merit helped me at the register and stated it didn't apply and I that perhaps only online. Not so, I told her because I was prompted to order either online or pickup at this store. She stated she couldn't do the discount because she needed a barcode. Well.... It's your ad! I'm here to buy 2 bottles. She fumbled around with my account for rewards. I had $21 and she said I only had $3. She also stated she couldn't give me the $5 off of $25 because no barcode. Hello! I found the barcode with no help from her! She stated that some lady came in earlier and she didn't give her the 40% off....which I guess she was implying that I was out of luck, as well! All I'm saying is KNOW your deal before you go in to pay more than is necessary. Pool ownership is expensive. Coupons are sent out via email and rewards are earned via your LESLIE'S APP. I was able to purchase 2 products $59.99x 2 would've been $120 plus tax. I left and only spent $58.70. I was able to use my $21 rewards , 40% off plus $5 off $25. Ryleigh and other employees will not volunteer this info. Instead she made it seem like the email I received from their company didn't apply. LOL! Stick to your guns and walk out if they make you feel like you're asking for something that doesn't apply. You must navigate your own app and your own email. They will act like they don't know what you're talking about. 6/27/21 Merit was the gal that assisted us today. She tested our water and suggested some pool chemicals. She went into detail explaining each test result. I believe if you walk in this store wanting to test your water, you will always "need," something. Some of the chemicals mentioned we have never used or needed in the 25 years we have owned our pool. While we appreciate the sales girl, Merit, we will try to do some research on our own and come back when this stuff is on sale. $75 for a quart of phosphate killer is a lot of money. Phosphate test result returned with 3000 plus and yet we don't have an algae problem. My husband tried explaining to her that there were 2 chemicals he just used with good results. He got a little frustrated and overwhelmed with all the other information so we decided to leave. My only recommendation for sales Reps., here is maybe consider turning us hard to convince customers over to someone who may have a little more experience. I wasn't convinced. She clearly needed help because we weren't buying into her spiel. 5 stars for this store. Don't know what we'd do with out them.

    We visited 3 times trying to fix our pop-up pool water, everytime we go, we always have different person helping, every time they test water and tell us to buy this and that and we follow their instructions, the water gets murkier and greener every time. After doing this 3 times we spent enough money and the picture is our final result. What should I do? My guess is we will get a different person again and just like usual, that person will do nothing but water testing and give us a guide only based on the water test and don't care about why this isn't working. What's the point of the water testing anyway? Do we get a refund for all the big jugs of expensive chemical we bought? I guess not. What a waste of time and money.

    After shopping around all day (and doing a ton of research along the way) for a new Spa, our last…read morestop was Bull Grills & Spas in Temecula. We were met with Rigo who walked us around and showed us all they had to offer. They had much better built spa's at around the same prices of all the other guys. So after some talking, we picked one out and signed some papers. Delivery day!!! Two weeks later Roger (and team) showed up with our new spa! Roger and the guys were very professional, unloaded our new spa and put it right where we wanted it. They cleaned up all the trash and ran us through what chemicals to add to the spa once we fill it up, after the electric it connected. (hired an electrician) We called that next week to schedule our FREE orientation. 4 days later.... Orientation day!!! Nash was awesome! He walked us through all the spa controls, what chemicals we needed, when to add them how to test the water....general maintenance and care! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left. So far so good! I haven't had any issue with the team we worked with and would recommend when you go in to ask for Rigo & Thanks again to Roger (and his team) and Nash for all your help!

Sadly our grill was delivered but not with what was promised to us. We didn't even ask for the upgrades it was offered to us. I will no Longer do business with this establishment.
