First time at Sherwin-Williams and we had SUCH a great experience! The girl who helped us was seriously awesome -- super friendly, patient, and made everything so easy for us to understand. She even gave us a first-time customer discount which we really appreciated! The store itself was very clean and organized, and I was pleasantly surprised they even have a little tea and coffee station -- such a nice touch while you're picking out paint. The bathrooms were also very clean. Parking was AMAZING too -- tons of spaces, super easy, and the location is very convenient. Overall, such a positive experience and we will definitely be coming back here again for our future paint projects! read more

This Sherwin-Williams location has a huge selection of various grade paints and all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Sherwin-Williams is also a vertically diversified chemical company which sells the following brands: Dutch Boy, Krylon, Minwax, Pratt & Lambert,, Purdy, Ronseal, Thompson's WaterSeal and Valspar paints. They are always running some special on their paints, so the prices seem reasonable compared to other outlets. More importantly , they carry the paint colors approved by our HOA. LOL read more

A smooth experience. I came for a gallon of paint to touch-up around the house. The worker was really efficient and helped me out right away. After asking for the color and type of paint, she went into the back and made it instantly. I waited less than 5 minutes for it to be done and was out of there in about 10 minutes. The worker wasn't exactly the friendliest and talkative, but I didn't mind. Their prices are decent and seem within the same range as other places that sell paint. Terrible attitude from who I assume is the store manager (David) both times I've been to this location. Before you ask yourself if I was a rude customer, I was not. I was friendly and received a poor attitude. I'll be going to Home Depot or Lowe's from now on unfortunately instead of supporting a paint only store. read more

So I asked for something close...."I have the color but the formula is discontinued". So I asked for a price for something close... "actually I don't have it". I was pretty impressed as i went in looking for a color match, but it was done old school. The gentlemen actually pulled out a color palate and changed the hues to match. Had tape and rollers and the whole 9 available. 1000 times better than a big box store. read more

I stopped in here for some paint samples and was waited on fairly fast. The store is not near as busy as ones I have been to in other locations, and that is a nice benefit if you are in a hurry. I was able to get get good service and find what I needed in about 10 minutes. I will be back. read more

Went in to get a paint made based off of a sample. They told me the sample was to small and wouldn't work in the machine. Went to Lowe's and they had a gallon of paint made for me in 15 minutes using the same sample. Guessing the employees were ready to leave for the night and didn't want to do the job. I am so grateful for Andrew and Gio at this location! They inquired about my project and helped me locate the necessary formulas in the colors I need. Due to shortages a certain formula was not available so Andrew suggested and alternate options and told me he would call as soon as my formula came in. When he called back, he had a surprise, my first choice- The Emerald formula was back in stock and my paint was tinted and ready for pickup!!! Went in and asked for some assistance in matching a paint sample for a job a contractor was doing on my house. I was told I could shop the wall of samples myself and they couldn't even point me to the general area I might find it. Not sure if it's policy for Sherwin Williams stores to not assist customers in finding a color. Why have a storefront? Just send me a magazine with paint samples, save me the trip and the irritation of dealing with crappy customer service. read more

Hired the color specialist to help us pick out paint for our home at $95 for a consultation and it included a $50 gift card.The specialist came in 30 minutes and did not help us at all we end up going with a completely different color. She recommended a certain color for our doors and we trusted her recommendation. We bought the paint it was super ugly and lost $300 and on top of that trying to get the gift card has been a nightmare called twice to try to get it nobody knows how to give a gift card they only let you come pick it up if there's a certain person in the office and we're in the middle of painting and would like to use the gift card towards the paint!! We cannot get it they have horrible customer service absolutely awful. This is the Menifee location by the way :( read more
