Nina was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to walk me through different paint options and solutions that would work best for my project. What really stood out was her willingness to explain the differences between products and help me think through the best approach rather than just selling me a can of paint. Unfortunately, one of the keys didn't work, so it ended up being a waste of money. The store is a bit far for me, so going back to have it fixed wasn't worth it, especially with gas prices. It was easier to just take the loss and have it remade somewhere closer. That's the only reason for the four instead of five, because their customer service really was great.

This is why the are getting crushed by Home Depot and Lowes. Update: Went up the street to a different location and they fixed the paint as I requested. Added more of the correct tint.
