Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the store. During checkout, the employee assisting us was on her phone while we waited, which made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We also had a disappointing experience with the phone customer service, as the representative came across as unfriendly and dismissive. I'm not writing this to attack anyone, because everyone can have an off day. However, I do think additional customer service training on professionalism, communication, and customer engagement could make a significant difference. Customers who are making major purchases should feel welcomed and appreciated not as though they're interrupting an employee's day. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the store itself is beautiful and has so much potential. Improving the customer experience would make it an easy five-star business.

Decided to get a rectangle to fit the family dining table with the leaf in it, and upon her recommendation, I treated myself to one with the specially treated finish--spills wipe right off and yet I can still feel the nice fabric. So much nicer than vinyl! Loving the way the table looks, and can't wait to go back and get another one in the round size to use when I take out the extra leaf.

We knew going in that it was going to be a steep price tag. We were prepared for that. On our first (and by far our best) visit, we were helped by a lovely salesperson, I believe it was Sarah- she was knowledgeable and so helpful. We picked our sectional, fully aware that we could return or exchange pieces within the time frame given. And we ended up doing just that. The pieces we thought we wanted were not quite it... so we exchanged them. Part of our purchase was 2 reclining pieces. And here's where things got difficult. One of the recliners just stopped working and when we called to ask for help with the warranty they kinda gave us the run around. Still have a non operable recliner and I just think at this price point- there should more options to receive assistance if needed. Just my 2 cents.

We arrived just before closing this Sunday (1/19/2025) and wanted to try out the different filling materials and explore/experience the various covers. We simply wanted to get an idea of the options we can configure our future purchase with. Then Giselle helped us out and presented ways to get us our first Sactional setup! She walked us through different configurations and how to potentially set us up for future expansion when we want to expand upon our couch. After being presented with all the options, we signed up for the interest-free financing and left the store shortly after closing with our Sactional order placed. We are so excited, and cannot wait for our couch to arrive. Another kind associate helped my family that was with us and set them up with some blankets. We didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a white knitted sweater and had blonde hair. You know who you are, and to you; we also would like to express our gratitude.
