Haha, so true, right? And going through check out is even more cute stuff! Today on a hot day in July, they have already put out Halloween decorations. Nope, I'm not ready for that just yet. I do have to say that I did find some better deals at Michael's. So be sure to keep all options open when shopping for home decor and essentials.

Dear Cindy, Maybe…read moreyou were having a bad day, maybe you just didn't want to help me...but next time; please be more mindful of your attitude b/c you are the front facing employee of the store. You were happy-go-lucky with your regular shopper who was in front of me, but when I asked you a simple question as to why I had to pay more for something I was returning (and thought it was an even exchange); it was like I was asking you to recite the Declaration of Independence. You huffed and puffed, rolled your eyes, and looked at me like I had asked you the most difficult question in your life.... It was a simple answer...the taxes were different from where I purchased the item then to where I was returning it to your store. Sorry if you were having a bad day...so was I...but I still showed up to my job, with a smile on my face and didn't let anyone know what I was going through....I suggest you take the day off or take a breather should that happen again....you didn't do your store any favors by having me write this review....

I loved my experience here!…read more The service was amazing. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating. The selection of rugs made it so hard to pick one they were all so amazing. The owner made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our decision. He let us look at every rug, compared our top choices, showed them in different lightings, and gave us all the time to decide. After all was said in done, he gave us a great deal and I could not be happier with my choice. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new rug or any service to one they already own.

Ray helped me and was exceptional -- knowledgeable, patient, low-pressure, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right rugs for the rooms rather than simply making a sale. The selection at Rug Expo is enormous, with a particularly impressive range of high-quality wool, handmade and natural-fiber rugs. They also cut high-quality pads specifically for both rugs, the pricing was excellent, and the service from beginning to end was first-rate. Most importantly, the rugs look fantastic in the house. The living-room rug completely transformed the room and works beautifully with the furniture and hardwood floors. I'm attaching a photo of the finished room. I looked at rugs from a number of different sources before buying these, and Rug Expo offered a terrific combination of quality, selection, value and personal service. I would absolutely buy from them again -- and probably will when I'm ready for my next rug. Highly recommended.

When I finally tracked down the manager in person, he was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me on a rug that didn't fit the room it was purchased for. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing given the owner's assurances and the high price point of their products.
