I'm sorry to have to be the one who has something negative to report about my Sofa experience. My husband and I bought a custom sofa latter part of last year and received it mid-December, 2023. It is a 9' sofa with a chaise on the right hand side. We chose, what I would consider nice fabric and down filling. We quickly learned that this sofa was too squishy and, for our liking, too sloppy. We told Paul and he was kind about wanting to make us happy and have added filling put in. Honestly, this was so awful and made the sofa lumpy and irregular, if you will. We asked again to have it redone and they did but it again was not at all what we wanted or even liked. I think this sofa is a lemon. I can't see how any amount of stuffing or restuffing would make this sofa look good - also the fabric has continued to be subject to piling. I don't necessarily think it is reflective of the quality that Sofa Spectrum normally puts out, but in this case, it just isn't a good sofa. We paid a lot for this sofa but it became such a sore subject for us that we gave it to our daughter. We're sitting on chairs in our living room and no sofa, but to be honest, it's better than the terrible sofa. read more

They even took the time to come to our house several times. We bought 2 customized sofas from them. We've had it for a few months now and it's still holding up. Super comfortable & great quality. One of the sofas I bought is a cream color & is heavily used. I was worried at first about choosing such a light color with kids & dogs. But the fabric we chose has been great & so far very stain resistant. Even blood got on it & it came off easily with water & a little soap. Great quality, great prices, and great customer's service.
