We have purchased furniture from this store multiple times over the years, which is why this recent…read moreexperience was especially disappointing. The store itself is beautiful, with an impressive selection of furniture and home décor, and that's what has kept us coming back as repeat customers. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the store. During checkout, the employee assisting us was on her phone while we waited, which made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We also had a disappointing experience with the phone customer service, as the representative came across as unfriendly and dismissive. I'm not writing this to attack anyone, because everyone can have an off day. However, I do think additional customer service training on professionalism, communication, and customer engagement could make a significant difference. Customers who are making major purchases should feel welcomed and appreciated not as though they're interrupting an employee's day. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the store itself is beautiful and has so much potential. Improving the customer experience would make it an easy five-star business.

I just purchased this adorable swivel chair for $85 including tax, from this store a few days ago…read more I own an AirBnB STR house in Temecula Wine Country, and wish I knew about this store before, when I was furnishing it, 3 years ago. A few days ago, they had several mid-century style pieces of furniture that were new. Seems like most of the furniture are manufacturer closeouts, or dent and scratches, This Habitat ReStore amazes me, because it is in a nice modern industrial building, which I have never seen Habitat occupy. The others I have been to , are in the oldest most run down buildings in low rent areas. However, as nice as this building is, you look way up at the ceiling, there is no AC or other cooling system. It was over 100 degrees when I bought this chair, outside temp. They leave the front door open for the breeze but you feel all the hot air, that is hotter than the temp inside the building. The employee at the cash register, near the open door where all the hot air was coming in, said "Yep, no AC". But if you didn't have air circulating, even hot air, it would be a greater hotter oven. They have a separate room, where they sell small stuff, not even related to building or home stuff, like bike helmets. The thing about this store, the things they sell here are newer, and not used and sometimes broken and chipped, like the other Habitat ReStores have. The donations come from manufacturers or commercial businesses rather than individual donors that are remodeling their homes, or got a new piece.

I would advise if there is a specific item you are seeking come early in the day because popular items go fast! There are bargains to be had if you time it right. I was correct in assuming at the scarcity of items available. However, I was able to pick up some toys for Toys for Tots. I buy toys throughout the year so I have a bundle to donate when collection time comes around. So my visit here was not wasted. My purchases were under $20, which kept me within budget. The employees here are always so nice & welcoming.

Prices here are somewhat good and somewhat average and somewhat pricey. It's a range of values. The service is excellent and whether you buy something or not, they're still kind to you.

Mind you, I spend hundreds of dollars here a month. If you go when the weather is above 80 it's sweltering in here because there's no air conditioning. They prop the doors open and have fans blowing inward, bringing the hot air with it. And God forbid you bring your well behaved kids with you to treasure hunt because you'll be followed the entire time you're in here. I'm also extremely uncomfortable with the sheer amount of Jim Crow era memorabilia for sale. It's not one or two booths either, it's many. There is exactly zero reason any one of these booths need to have a single piece of this racist stuff for sale in the year 2026. I give Granny's Attic 3 stars because there are several booths that I just love and I can always find something great and the younger workers are nice and helpful. Everything else gets 0 stars.

I really wanted to give this a better review…read more Here's what I will say: the couch itself? Excellent. Material? Excellent. Options for the couch? Plentiful and excellent. We knew going in that it was going to be a steep price tag. We were prepared for that. On our first (and by far our best) visit, we were helped by a lovely salesperson, I believe it was Sarah- she was knowledgeable and so helpful. We picked our sectional, fully aware that we could return or exchange pieces within the time frame given. And we ended up doing just that. The pieces we thought we wanted were not quite it... so we exchanged them. Part of our purchase was 2 reclining pieces. And here's where things got difficult. One of the recliners just stopped working and when we called to ask for help with the warranty they kinda gave us the run around. Still have a non operable recliner and I just think at this price point- there should more options to receive assistance if needed. Just my 2 cents.

We arrived just before closing this Sunday (1/19/2025) and wanted to try out the different filling materials and explore/experience the various covers. We simply wanted to get an idea of the options we can configure our future purchase with. Then Giselle helped us out and presented ways to get us our first Sactional setup! She walked us through different configurations and how to potentially set us up for future expansion when we want to expand upon our couch. After being presented with all the options, we signed up for the interest-free financing and left the store shortly after closing with our Sactional order placed. We are so excited, and cannot wait for our couch to arrive. Another kind associate helped my family that was with us and set them up with some blankets. We didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a white knitted sweater and had blonde hair. You know who you are, and to you; we also would like to express our gratitude. Thanks, Giselle and the team at the Temecula Lovesac location!
